Terrible place.... Only drive thru is open, No open diner @1130am but states open at 10am. No workers except in Drive thru but larger vehicles cannot get around turn. Dont waste your time, The food probably sucks as with all other reviews states. Kernel sanders left this world, Its time thus company leave also! #Popeyes it is!

46 dollars for a bucket of chicken…13 drumsticks, no wings or breasts….we called and were told we have to ask for white pieces….. Never had to ask at any other KFC….. guess mainlanders get special treatment…. Wish I could say this is not usual but it happens every time we order at Kapolei….sadly they asked us not to say this but everyone needs to understand….. sadly they but true

Wow craving juicy original chicken. Got stale biscuits dry chicken that apparently had been sitting for quite a while. Mashed potatoes were OK. See ya, won't be back.

bought chicken pot pie for my one year old daughter and grandma today 12/8/2024 but unfortunately while my grandma was feeding my daughter she found one bone in a chicken pot pie, unbelievable! very dangerous and scary. i thought it was suppose to be shredded chicken, now not sure if i would be buying it again.

Ordered a chicken little meal and pot pie in the drive thru yesterday.Service was fine.When we got home and sat to eat, the chicken little sandwiches had black ashes all over them so I trashed it.My daughter ate the pot pie.Last night she was violently ill.It started with bad smelling burps(telltale sign of food poisoning) and then vomited and had gastrointestinal issues.All she ate was the pot pie.I’ve been trying to call KFC Kapolei all day just to inform them that they might want to check their product or food handling so it doesn’t happen to someone else.No answer and after it rings a bunch of times it asks to enter a code.There’s no way to contact them.I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Went to the drive thru to pick up lunch, ordered a 8pc meal, I had 3pcs of what looked like wings, 2 pcs of half eaten drums, and 3 decent size thighs, I also got a 1/4 cup of gravy for the mash potatoes ( I poured it into a measuring cup) the coleslaw, mash potatoes and biscuits were ok, there is just one word to describe this chicken and gravy portion experience. UNREAL!!!!!!This wasn't even enough to feed 4 people.
