Ordered a chicken little meal and pot pie in the drive thru yesterday.Service was fine.When we got home and sat to eat, the chicken little sandwiches had black ashes all over them so I trashed it.My daughter ate the pot pie.Last night she was violently ill.It started with bad smelling burps(telltale sign of food poisoning) and then vomited and had gastrointestinal issues.All she ate was the pot pie.I’ve been trying to call KFC Kapolei all day just to inform them that they might want to check their product or food handling so it doesn’t happen to someone else.No answer and after it rings a bunch of times it asks to enter a code.There’s no way to contact them.I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Went to the drive thru to pick up lunch, ordered a 8pc meal, I had 3pcs of what looked like wings, 2 pcs of half eaten drums, and 3 decent size thighs, I also got a 1/4 cup of gravy for the mash potatoes ( I poured it into a measuring cup) the coleslaw, mash potatoes and biscuits were ok, there is just one word to describe this chicken and gravy portion experience. UNREAL!!!!!!This wasn't even enough to feed 4 people.

Actually this is. For the Kapolei KFC. Went to buy bucket, they said it was $10 more than their website. I showed them their website menu price. They would not honor it. If I could give zero I would.

Ordered a 8 piece bucket. When got it home all legs and thighs. They over charges for what we were given. We didn't go in only did the drive thru. We were grabbing a quick dinner after a 18 hour travel day on our way to vacation rental. Food was typical KFC but it would have been nice for them to state only had dark meat in original. We might have changed our order.

I got food poisoning an hour after taking a few bites of this crud. Please dont eat here. There's a reason why it's always dead. Wish I would have listened to my instincts.

KFC in Kapolei keeps going downhill as prices go up! The last time I went there I had an issue. I can't remember what it was but there was an issue. Now today I went there and ordered the wiki meal for $7.99. I told them I wanted the leg original and the thigh extra crispy. I also asked if I could have coleslaw instead of potatoes. They said no. They couldn't substitute. Whatever! So then when I get to the window they told me they only have extra crispy legs. So I said okay make both pieces extra crispy. Then they said they only have original thighs! So totally opposite of what I wanted. So I said okay. I asked well what about some compensation since I'm not getting what I wanted. You can give me a small coleslaw. The manager said they can't do that and started talking something about white meat chicken. I couldn't hardly understand her. I just said forget it. Keep it as it is and I'll put it in my review! What a trip! Usually all businesses give the customer some compensation for satisfaction when there is a problem. Definitely not good. Customer service! Will not be going there again.

Waited at the counter for a full 3minutes, no service, left establishment. No one was in to dine because the environment was so hot and uncomfortable. Maybe air conditioning was not working, but it was very uncomfortable to be there!

KFC Kapolei was the worst restaurant we ever went to. The cashier was rude and had poor customer service. Wings look like bone dog food. We got our money back for the wings, but I would not recommend that restaurant to anyone. Thank God for giving me the patients, but that lady needs a slap from left to right. I even asked for napkins because she only gave us 2 for four people, and she only gave us two more. The manager or whoever owns this KFC needs to check on that lady.
