Over the years this place has become worse and worse, McDonald's is no longer fast food and the amount you spend you get so little food value. Your honestly better off going loco moco or shiros, more food for the same price and less waiting (just to order is over a 5 min wait) and I know because I been coming here a bit the past 2 months and finally had enough. Ewa Beach McDonald's has loss a customer. Hope I run into the regional manager again

This is the worst McDonald's that I've been visited in my life they should be open at 5:30 and I visit the store at 6 and the place was still closed and the staff was sleeping at the tables and didn't want to take orders

Their curbside service is slow and not accurate. I should have learned my lesson after the first time but it happened multiple times where I check into the stall and literally sit for more than twenty minutes before getting my order. Mind you the app says it's ready and being delivered.

McDonald's Ewa Beach has always been my favorite place to going through the drive-through. They are quick at getting your order to you and thorough with you order always ensuring that you received everything that was ordered. Evem if they have to park you, they don't take too long. Not sure if it's because summer time help is still learning but lots of wrong orders lately at the drive thru. No salt & pepper any more with breakfast, knives but no forks, one or none on napkins. Told 2nd window would give receipt but had to ask for it. Order correct on screen but doesn't come out right.

I have ordered from McDonald's many times because it is close to my house but it is so bad that I have made a decision to not come here anymore. I will go to any other McDonald's before coming back here. Quarter pounder with cheese seems like it's always pre-made and sitting out for a long time. Not even hot when you get it into the car or the french fries either. Also ordered a frozen cherry drink and it was half melted when they handed it to me! I went there at a busy time when there were lots of cars so they should have been making stuff fresh.

I get breakfast here and at the Wahiawa McD's regularly. Product review: Let corporate know that the steak egg and cheese bagel I'd HORRIBLE. At this store, the Wahiawa store and other stores throughout the US employees replace the sausage or bacon bagel I order with a steak bagel. I HATE that. I usually have to unwrap the sandwich before I leave to check. But every time I don't check, I find an unpleasant surprise. Please get my order correct, or remove that garbage from your menu! I always request no "breakfast sauce" on these bagels, but it is periodically added anyway. Thankfully I can wipe most of that off. Also, I don't mind randomly getting a bacon bagel instead of sausage-that happens too.

Restaurant is smelly and outside is usually littered with trash. Food is just as good as any other McDonalds. Service on the other hand is seriously lacking. On more than one occasion I've had bad service. Was told I was at the wrong McDonalds even though I literally had the pin drop on their location. So I went to the other McDonalds in Ewa who informed me that I was in fact at the right one the first time. Another time I was there I walked in and wenr straight to the pick up area where I stood at the pickup area for about 6 minutes as every worker in the area looked at me and then looked away and said nothing. I tried getting people's attention but they just ignored me until I finally had to raise my voice to get someone to address my pick up order. Gonna be a whole before I go back to this location.

I'm ordering a small vanilla shake, but when I licked the lid, I tasted something weird that I didn't see. It was a natural flavor, but it was gross! I don't want to come back to this place, it made me feel sick!
