This Mcdonalds probably has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. EVERY single time I go through the drive thru the workers at the windows DO NOT SPEAK. Literally just stare at me. Tonight the worker handed me my food and let me drive off without my drinks WITHOUT SAYING A SINGLE WORD Horrible service

Do nit trust this McDonalds to give you forks salt and pepper when you order breakfast. The Manager on duty Marie-Sa would only give me ketchup and that was after had to ask for it. She was just going to hand me the bag. This manager and her crew needs more training.
Loved it because of local food choices, such as Portuguese sausage and spam!

I have to say this..McDonald's needs to reel in some of thier franchises. Example: small fries in Waipahu $3.09. Same fries in kapolei $4.49. I couldn't believe it.
