Do nit trust this McDonalds to give you forks salt and pepper when you order breakfast. The Manager on duty Marie-Sa would only give me ketchup and that was after had to ask for it. She was just going to hand me the bag. This manager and her crew needs more training.

I would like to make a complain about the service I received during a visit to your McDonalds Ewa Beach location last night. Specifically the store with the address 91-1051 Keaunui Dr, Ewa Beach, HI96706. I went through the drive thru and was given the wrong order, so I went to park and returned into the store and told them they gave me the wrong order, and even though I had the food with me, they said they would not replace my order and give me the correct items I ordered because I did not have a receipt. I was not given a receipt at the drive thru, but had the still hot food with me and they would still not take the food I was given back and give me the food I actually purchased. The worker kept asking me the same question, did I order in the drive-thru, which I told her yes over 5 times. Horrendous service and I wasted my time and money and got nothing out of it.
