This particular ? place knows me when I walk in.. my only wish is Panda Express brings back the Plant Based Orange Chick'n.Vegetarian options: Not enough options
Ordered my food. Ordered a bowl of soup they boxed all my food up. Then told me waiting for soup. Been waiting for 10 so far and feel my other food getting cold. Terrible manager won't do anything. Avoid if you want hot food. Should have told me soup would take 15 minutes before you boxed the food.

Horrible! Ordered online, and when we went to pick up our food, the orange chicken was missing! How can you pack food and NOT realize food is missing from the plate? Not to mention the wait time to pick it up was crazy! Our food was sitting on the counter but everyone was running around like chickens without heads (waited over 20 minutes for someone to help us...and we stood in the pick up line). They need to hire new staff!

The service excellent. We ordered a family meal & what a great deal it is! Highly recommended for those nights you don't feel like cooking dinner! Food was ready when they said it would be & I was in & out heading to go home & feeding the kids!

Staff here are great, even when super busy I see them working super hard. Even during dinner rush they work fast to get orders complete. Food is made fresh and this location must have good management because it's our go-to for an easy family dinner. Love the super greens too

One star for customer service, ordered ala carte..This 1 girl (wish I got her name) needs training on how to deal with customers, you don't wanna help customers than go home!!I can get a better response from a statue..She just wanted me to order and get out..what a b#%ch!!Btw, 5 egg rolls left, told her if I could just get the 5..she said 2 per order, fine, give me the 2 orders and you can just charge me for the fifth..no can she said...WTH Asked if she could get more..looks at me like I just landed on earth..simple question, you know what? You shouldn't be helping customers if you act like that, go home!!The cashier dude was very friendly/helpful, he sounds like a computer when he speaks but very attentive, the 5 stars should go to him..4 stars for the food, could've been a little more warmer but still tasty..Again 1 star for Miss helpful...

On the mainland I refused to go to panda but here it is actually really good. I feel like it it better quality and better prepared. Food has great flavor and is al ways hot a freshly cooked.

*Ok...let's get this out of the way...it's not traditional Chinese food that you'd be served at home or a legit Chinese restaurant.* Now that is out of the way I can say that for a "fast food" establishment it's usually tasty but $$$. I have a "hack" to lower the price: Don't order for delivery and go inside to order(typically inside you get larger portions) and order items à la carte. You'll save money and get larger portions
