Absolutely horrible experience. Called to place and order and the lady was very rude. Then I called around 820 to place another order and the phone just rang and rang. Called for almost half an hour and was so upset I drove there. Got there around 850 and they told me they are closed and stopped taking orders at 830. The door says 9pm so I don’t understand. Very disappointed. Loved pearls until this experience. Won’t be attending this location anymore. Also need to fix their policy and information. If you close at 830, why does it say 9pm????

My boyfriend and I had stomach pain after eating the food and had to constantly go to the bathroom. The kimchi tasted like watered down vegetables and the Choy sum tasted weird. The chicken and meat jun tasted good but the veggies were the ones that tasted weird. Probably not gonna order from here for a while.

Every time I go the food is always delicious. I've heard crazy stories about Rats but I'm sure. Like any other eatery it's very difficult to keep the critters out. I'm sure they have an exterminator the food is delicious and I will always keep coming

I like this place. A different variety from the regular fast food. A little bit pricey but good food and they always slap on a huge portion of sides and rice. They place itself is always clean and maintained.
Very simply, Pearl's Food is delicious, and this is just a routine comment. If my routine comment states this fact, then you can assume that you and your family's order will be consistently WONDERFUL! I have eaten a number of the *"Pearl Plates (perhaps all)" and, I'm being very honest here, I haven't tasted one I thought was a failure; that's why I'm a return customer for over a decade so far. *** It's not fine dining, but the dining is FINE...! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ * "Pearl Plates" is what I call their Yummy food submissions... ** There's only one negative. Their doordashers have demonstrated a consistent inability, or non-desire, to read the delivery instructions on my online delivery order, about 70% of my total online order history for the "Pearl Plates," resulting in a multi-legged subterranean horde of food thieves Invasion of my delivery because it was placed on the ground and not on the table I provided. I've had to dispose of my food order twice so far. It's Very frustrating having to throw away food and reordering a new delivery and realizing that the potential for the mistake to reoccur is high, and I have again paid twice as much for a single order. *** This is my slogan...so send a royalty checks to my agent(s) at...! (hehe, joke...but if you still want to send money, feel free)

BBQ beef was really salty and the BBQ chicken was dry! So disappointed. That pricey lunch plate was a waste.Had a weirdo in the rest and manager didn't do anything to ask him to leave. I hope he didn't cause too much trouble. When I left he asked for a cup of water then spilled it all over the floor.

I haven't been to pearls for along time and we decided to order take out. I'm beyond disgusted. We ordered meat Jun, and I was wondering why it was mushy. Come to find out it was undercooked!! I'm beyond piss especially that I fed my kids a few bites before I realized when I fed it to my self that It was uncooked.
