I ordered the tavern style large pizza and it was absolutely delicious! Everything tasted fresh and it was done sooner than expected. It tasted like it had quality ingredients and fresh out of the oven. The customer service was great. I didn't remember the name of the lady who cashed me out yesterday afternoon, Sunday the 6th, but she was cheerful, polite, and friendly. I'm not sure who wrote my name so nicely on the box, but I thought that was well done and I even kept it for my scrapbook. Probably the best pizza chain experience I've had in a very long time. Thank you for the excellent work, and thanks to whomever artfully wrote my name on the box. That was something extra and fun to find.

Average pizza at best. Ordered a medium supreme and chicken wings. Pizza was a 2 out of 5 but the wings were better, at 4 out of 5. Ready on time for pickup and the staff were friendly but considering the mediocre pizza will likely not be back.

The restaurant is 5 stars. My bad experience came from the website, which is not managed by the local stores. They sent a coupon for discount, but it didn't work. We contacted customer service and they sent another one that didn't work. We went to the head customer service and they tested the numbers as valid but didn't work for them either. They documented everything and forwarded to the head office. They just sent another code that didn't work. I canceled the order and went to Taco Bell. To date, no change.

I WAS a regular at this Pizza Hut. But they have gotten very slack in their customer service and their quality of food. A short while, after their renovation, I wanted to go back and re visit Pizza Hut in Ewa Beach again. I ordered some of the boneless 8 piece honey BBQ wings, and was I very disappointed. The wings were not covered in the BBQ sauce like it usually was, there were even a couple of the wings that did not have any BBQ sauce on them. Now, they were also very hard to bite into, like they had either been overcooked or were left overs. Did not taste good either. Ended up throwing 6 wings away. But I went back several time, because I liked Pizza Hut and their food (now excluding the wings). But last night took the cake, no greeting whatsoever but once my order was taken and they had my money, they were greeting their customers. I guess I mean nothing to them, being loyal to Pizza Hut in Ewa Beach. Plus, the pizza I order, to put it plainly, "SUCKED", there was hardly any sauce, the crust was hard, the pineapple was hard (like it was old), the cheese was kind of funky tasting, overall, I threw away most of the pizza, I would not even give this pizza to a homeless person, that is how bad it was. I think I will be going to there competition now, thank you Pizza Hut Ewa Beach for showing me just what you think of your loyal customers. NEVER GOING BACK!!!
