I ordered the tavern style large pizza and it was absolutely delicious! Everything tasted fresh and it was done sooner than expected. It tasted like it had quality ingredients and fresh out of the oven. The customer service was great. I didn't remember the name of the lady who cashed me out yesterday afternoon, Sunday the 6th, but she was cheerful, polite, and friendly. I'm not sure who wrote my name so nicely on the box, but I thought that was well done and I even kept it for my scrapbook. Probably the best pizza chain experience I've had in a very long time. Thank you for the excellent work, and thanks to whomever artfully wrote my name on the box. That was something extra and fun to find.

Average pizza at best. Ordered a medium supreme and chicken wings. Pizza was a 2 out of 5 but the wings were better, at 4 out of 5. Ready on time for pickup and the staff were friendly but considering the mediocre pizza will likely not be back.

The restaurant is 5 stars. My bad experience came from the website, which is not managed by the local stores. They sent a coupon for discount, but it didn't work. We contacted customer service and they sent another one that didn't work. We went to the head customer service and they tested the numbers as valid but didn't work for them either. They documented everything and forwarded to the head office. They just sent another code that didn't work. I canceled the order and went to Taco Bell. To date, no change.
