Do not come here during their later hours. they gave me burnt coffee and it tasted so foul i couldnt even drink. Coffee here is expensive already i dont know why even come here.

they always mess up my drink so I dont even tip anymore :/ several times I ask for soy and they give me regular milk, I have severe lactose intolerance. they also make gigantic clumps of matcha. also I ask for light ice and the thing is loaded to the top with ice. horrible Starbucks, inconsistent and they always pump out undrinkable drinks.

3/2025 I love my new drink a simple dopio with splash of oat milk and splash of water. The drive through had like 50 cars in line, the online app was shut down due to being overwhelmed. So, I walked and ordered right away and had my drink in less than 5 minutes. But there were so many people's drinks on the counter it was a mad house. If this location is that busy, it needs more people and more product or open a 2nd location nearby to offset the business, its just bummer to wait so long for a drink. The drink was awesome.
I’ve yet to receive a correct order at this location. I don’t know why, but they just can’t seem to get an order correct. If you order blueberries for your oatmeal don’t expect to receive them. The horrible placement of the drive through and front door make it unsafe to walk from your car- even using the crosswalks. I’ve been almost hit more than five times using the crosswalks by either the exiting drive through customers or people driving past the front door. Dangerous and poor order fulfillment keep me from utilizing this location more than once every few months.
Kid-friendliness: When using crosswalks watch out for your children. Very dangerous intersection!

Starbucks, You’ve Lost Me as a Customer
I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer for years, but these new compostable cups are the last straw—if only they came with one that actually worked! The new lids make drinking a frustrating mess, and the cups themselves feel flimsy and awkward to hold. I understand the push for sustainability, but if the solution makes the customer experience worse, it’s not a solution at all.
Instead of enjoying my coffee, I’m stuck dealing with spills and struggling to get a proper sip. It’s clear Starbucks is more focused on making headlines than making quality products. If this is the direction they’re going, I’m done investing my money in this chain. There are plenty of other coffee shops that care about both the environment and the customer experience.
Besides the very slow service the guy that was working the drive thru on Jan. 11 at about 3:30pm was very sassy. Please train him on customer service because most of the others are exceptional when I visit. Drinks are good.
They get my order wrong every time.

This morning, my husband and I visited your establishment and inadvertently omitted ordering my tall caramel macchiato. We inquired with the attendant at the window if we could place the order and pay, and either pull around or come inside to collect it. She graciously accommodated our request and, as we prepared to pay and move around were told "nope stay here" cause Nicki (apologies if the name is misspelled) swiftly prepared the drink as we were still ordering and paying.
The service at this location consistently stands out for its exceptional kindness. Despite serving a higher volume of customers compared to other locations, this branch remains notably faster, more accurate, and friendlier.

The baristas are nice (most of the time) however every single time I order a coffee it tastes completely different and it’s usually not for the better. I’ve stopped coming to this location for this reason. The prices are way too high for the drinks to taste so bad.
