Ralph was absolutely awesome. He is knowledgeable with his products, noticed that the coffee didn’t feel hot enough and made the effort to correct it. Making sure we didn’t leave with a product that would meet our expectations. He was friendly and overall we had a great drive through experience. That says a lot for such a short transaction time. I also need to say that this Starbucks is usually very busy and each time I’ve come here, the service is stellar. The SM and shift managers should be proud of putting together a great staff as well as great training.

Anyone can pour coffee. Howard Schultz began a different experience that was not a vending machine. This location removed the food display and subtracted seats. It should be a drive through only or return to what Starbucks intended. This is my least favorite Starbucks of the entire chain in 30 plus countries.

This is probably the worst Starbucks on the island. They blare music like it's a night club. They remodeled the store again to get rid of the display so you have no idea what they serve. It is an uninviting place to be.

Starbucksaholics...My besties' mom's extended visit due to mainland weather delays gave us more "we" time and she just needs to have her bucks-fix so in the Ewa area this would be the only place.Located in the heart of Laulani Village this location does have a drive-thru as well so they do gave very busy so parking too close to the drive-thru area is not recommended if you don't want to be trapped. With that they do have just a few seating and being the only Starbucks (besides the Safeway location) no seats whatsoever but thankfully there was a couple outside and it was later in the afternoon so it was a bit cooler.I always bring my cup...just incase and pile on the stars though mom paid I love the time we got to spend with each other as times like these are genuinely precious. I noticed that she's very active on the app she doesn't use the apple wallet to pay and tried to get it to work it so that she doesn't need to open her phone...which are all scattered with apps not grouped as well told her she needs to organize her phone lol!Moments like this is something I love as she's very independent, drives and is full of life we all need each other for support and love, just wished this location had more seating and though we say that with many places here is very much needed.Thank you!

We came to Laulani Village to have dinner at Rakki Ramen. I stopped by this Starbucks to grab a drink first. I grabbed my usual iced green tea in my reusable cup. If you bring in your own cup you get 10 cents off plus 25 bonus stars. You'll also be doing the planet a favor. The cashier was friendly. She took my order and I scanned my phone to pay with the app. There wasn't anyone if front of me, so my order came pretty fast. I got it within five minutes. I've been to many different Starbucks across the globe and their drinks tastes the same no matter what location you're at, so no complaints about the drink.Their selection of cups weren't that great. I've noticed that Starbucks inside Safeway and Target have way better cups verses the stand alone stores. The table that I was at was also a little dirty.

Super appreciate how fast our drinks were made considering it was busy. The baristas were patient and kind with my kids which is always nice. Highly recommend tips for baristas here.
Amongst all the chaos and absolute peak hour rush the staff remained calm and professional. The drive thru line was wrapped around the store. Inside there were people In line, picking up their mobile order several others enjoying their coffee sitting down. They were very pleasant despite some people being impatient. I particularly like how they were very nice and yet apologetic to those who were waiting. I would like to commend the 10 plus strong workers who were hustling to make out coffee and treats. !! Mahalo STARBUCKS EWA!

I know you get slammed and I get it . But our order was not correct and we were charged for it. Started with the breakfast sandwiches-asked for the double bacon Gouda bfast sandwich-sorry order didn't come in. Ok we'll order the bfast wrap . Sorry it didn't arrive either. So I asked OK what did arrive and what do you have said everything else so we ordered the bacon Gouda sandwich. I ordered a multi grain bagel.We waited for our coffees n saw others their orders so I figured I'd check. The gal heard me asking so she called out over her shoulder, " it's here we are really busy" -no problem. Shortly our food came and I noticed the everything bagel - I asked I ordrred multi grain & the gal says with the expression of ahh we don't carry multigrain" - I said I ordered multigrain and if it wasn't available I would cancel cause the onion flavor causes an allergic reaction.I know when I ordered I repeated " Multigrain" - didn't hear her say otherwise.We got our food and the coffee was light -didn't taste like dark roast and my husband sandwich didn't have bacon. Very sad and won't be back

There are two Starbucks in this shopping center. One inside of Safeway and one drive-thru across the parking lot from Safeway. They are always clean, and the staff is always friendly. Service with a smile!?

Ordered venti strawberry acai and I'm so disappointed that half of this cup is just ice definitely will have to tell next time to have it less ice!
