Good small location that serves the residents that live close by. It’s away from malls and such so not too much wait time as foot traffic is light. However, each time I have visited the AC has been somewhat not working well. So if the wait is long it does feel hot. But good thing this place is more of a grab and go so at least you don’t need to feel a little uncomfortable for too long. They also have a restroom there and it’s clean. That’s a plus in my book.

I used to love this Teapresso. Easily accessible and the boba quality is so good. But too many times recently I have come in and they have been out of large boba. It seems like they only make a new batch when they hit the bottom of the pan.

The tea was so delicious I forgot to take pictures. Highly recommend this location! There was little to no traffic so I was able to take my time ordering. The ladies behind the counter shared their preferences and I'm so happy I asked. I only wish they still had some desserts. When we came, they were sold out so we couldn't try any.
Either way, we got the boba we wanted and we will be back for more.
