I had a poor experience at this location today 9/11 due to unprofessional behavior from employees named Kyra and another staff member not wearing a name tag. They appeared distracted and overly focused on each other instead of assisting customers. I had to wait for them to come out to get service (around 5 minutes). Additionally, I observed unprofessional conversations while they were working, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere, i believe this location would benefit from stronger customer service training and a reminder to staff about professionalism during shifts.

Nothing wrong with the drinks, but my experience with staff ruined the experience.

The water is super hot and the cup lids is of poor quality. It doesn’t even stay on the cup tight so coffee wont spill….acccidents and lawsuits is about to happen if someone gets burned really bad…..

It was fine until I met the grumpiest barista. I ordered a cappuccino and the young man asked me if I would like it hot or iced. I said oh ice sounds nice. Then the young lady making the drinks said gruffly that there's no such thing as an iced cappuccino. I said okay so just make the cappuccino and pour it over ice then. She gruffly replied that it's not a cappuccino, it's a macchiato. I said fine then. I don't ever want to go back even if it was to meet up with friends. I was gonna order other stuff but quickly changed my mind. While I get that the young lady may have been right, it didn't have to be said. Just make the drink and smile because correcting your customers in that manner is offensive. Congrats to the young man for continuing to smile throughout my whole terrible experience.

I’ve switch to coffee bean from Starbucks about 3 months ago it seems like every morning I go to get my coffee there out of something first was lg. cups then cold brew now vanilla bean so I’m left with a coffee that I don’t want or nothing at all now I have to drive back to Starbucks. So I’m done with coffee bean and I’m sticking with Starbucks due to them always having what I want and the service is way better too every one at coffee bean looks dead especially the black Asian girl who works the register zero emotion

Avoid this place! Winona, the manager, was so unprofessional and rude. My wife needed to use the restroom, and she refused to give us the code. We specifically came to get a coffee and visit. There was a long line, Winona said we needed to make a purchase. When we said we were buying a coffee and we're happy to wait in line but needed the restroom, She refused to let us go. Worst customer service we have experienced on the island. We will not be returning and will find another coffee place.

My ice coffee was watered down. All you taste is water with a hint of coffee. Very disappointing.

This is my favorite place to get coffee or ice blended, but lately the flavor has been inconsistent. Maybe it was because of the different workers every time I go in, or maybe the high turnover rate. I ordered a blueberry lemon scone, had it warmed up, but it was still cold while eating it. They had no problem reheating. The bathroom was dirty and smelled awful. I will still come to the same Ewa Beach location, but hopefully they address the problems.

I asked them about the matcha latte a few times but it’s not that great as they used to make it with their samples. I wish they just remembered how they made it because it does matter to us customers that if we like a sample we want to buy it.

Always a happy coffee shop, staff is amazing, Kainoa is so great with the staff, I have watched him train new staff so very patiently, kind and always helping all the staff. Coffee Bean you are very lucky to have a Kainoa. I have been to other Coffee Beans but this one is by far the best and it’s all because of Kainoa and his teamwork.
