My ice coffee was watered down. All you taste is water with a hint of coffee. Very disappointing.

This is my favorite place to get coffee or ice blended, but lately the flavor has been inconsistent. Maybe it was because of the different workers every time I go in, or maybe the high turnover rate. I ordered a blueberry lemon scone, had it warmed up, but it was still cold while eating it. They had no problem reheating. The bathroom was dirty and smelled awful. I will still come to the same Ewa Beach location, but hopefully they address the problems.

I asked them about the matcha latte a few times but it’s not that great as they used to make it with their samples. I wish they just remembered how they made it because it does matter to us customers that if we like a sample we want to buy it.

Great coffee, pastries and amazing service. Randomly selected this coffee place based on reviews and proximity to where we were staying. The coffee and pastries the first day have us going back every day!

Been going to this Coffee Bean for about 3 years. Always a happy coffee shop, staff is amazing, Kainoa is so great with the staff, I have watched him train new staff so very patiently, kind and always helping all the staff. Coffee Bean you are very lucky to have a Kainoa. I have been to other Coffee Beans but this one is by far the best and it’s all because of Kainoa and his teamwork.

Lack of customer service. Two young men working this afternoon need to work on their communication skills. At least acknowledge customers who enter the establishment. Bought a Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew; was a bit sweet.

Went to the coffee bean in Ewa beach and I was very disappointed by the workers in there.I always order the iced tea lemonade (Large 3x) and for some reason when I order my drink with no ice they fill half of the cup.When I asked if I could have maybe a little more lemonade or tea? She tells me oh….we can’t we have to follow the recipe.I mean I figured I’m paying almost $6 a drink and just because I don’t want ice why wouldn’t they just add a little more lemonade or even tea.The reason why I don’t like the ice is because they fill the whole cup with ice leaving very little liquid. Two sips after that pop the cover off and chew on ice ??Never goin back there?

It was our first time here and with two small kids I appreciated the patience the cashier gave me when I was trying to order my drinks. My order was made quickly and everyone was so nice.

Out of their seasonal pumpkin latte for over a week and the worker who was on duty didn't even offer to stamp reward card ! ?I settled for a hazelnut but I think that if they have their promotion up they should atheist courteous to their customer put a sign up cross it off a list something.... good job guys ?then I confronted the worker named RAE not to mention about the stamp card and she needed me to give her a recept when she's the one who rang me upthen waited 15 min for a single drink..
