I don't know why this place doesn't have more reviews because damn! Cook was literally the nicest guy. Ribs fall off the bone. Brisket juicy. Got my Texas BBQ stamp of approval. 1000% would recommend to anyone. Didn't try the wings tho but they are probably just as good. Got this place at What the Truck in Waipahu.

The owner of this food truck poured his grease in my grass in my yard. I witnessed him do it one time, but it was obvious he had done it several times. It was right in front of my daughters window. It brought flies and bugs. So gross.

I’m a BUFFALO girl born and raised. And while my time here in Hawaii, I’m not big on trying “new foods” but eating foods I’m familiar with. Well, buffalo is known for their wings…. But I have to say Wingman blew buffalo right out of water. If I had all the money in the world I would fly from buffalo to Hawaii just to eat these wings!!!!! Thank you for a delicious last night here in Hawaii dinner!!!! I’m still craving them and should of bought more then 10!!!

Found a gem! This food truck got bomb wings and furikake fries that be hittin different!! The daily specials change from ribs to tri-tip!

The sauce is amazing never tried smoked fried wing before and he gives samples. He stands by his product.i have yet to see some1 try there wings and dont buy lol
