We thank our lucky stars that Nuka is just 100M from our front door in Haiku! A 5 Star restaurant in the heart of town is a terrific bonus to our community. Well worth whatever wait you might encounter.
Amazing sushi! We are in town visiting family and had a wonderful evening. The fish was top notch, best quality and the rolls were all just incredible. My favorite of the night was the miso eggplant and the butterfish. Hamachi collar was also impressive. Also tried a couple of amazing cocktails that were rotating specials and just delicious. The house made ice cream finished off the evening wonderfully.

One of the best sushi restaurants I have ever been to. Got reservations an hour ahead of time for four people on a Saturday evening. Every dish I tried, ranging from vegetable tempura to bluefin tuna sashimi, was amazing. The ice cream (black sesame, matcha, and white miso) was so good. The food came out surprisingly quickly for how busy they were. I definitely recommend this spot if you are in Maui!
