“We have heard from many people this is a great restaurant and were able to finally pay a visit. It is small, and so getting here early is key to a short wait time. The service and food was delicious. Between the four of us, we were able to sample several different rolls and shared some of the homemade ice cream for desert. Unique combinations, very fresh and wonderful taste. We’ll be back.”

“The food is amazing! It’s so great to find a fellow Lebanese person here in Maui. Sam is the most friendly, excellent host! The food is authentic, homemade, fresh and delicious. Make sure you get the Toum (garlic whip), it’s the best I’ve had outside of Beirut! The falafel is donut shaped, which is the most authentic! It was so good we came back twice. 10/10!”

“We absolutely loved Napili Coffee Shop! The coffee was fantastic, they offered very nice merchandise- shirts, vintage postcards, even nespresso pods! Vibe was so friendly, could have stayed all day. On top of all of that, the manager and staff are phenomenal. We had a problem with some coffee pods and Melissa responded immediately with a refund and apology. Probably the best customer service experience I’ve had in years. And on top of that, the shop offers to cover the food and drink bill for victims of the Maui fire. Compassionate community members! If those aren’t reasons enough to earn your business, I don’t know what would be.”

“I have lots of feedback. I've lived on Maui (Wailuku Heights, Maui Meadows, Pukalani, and now Kihei again) for five years. A friend of mine was visiting from Virginia. I wanted to bring him to Mama's, but couldn't get a late reservation. I called Mama's and was told about the Wait List, so we came to Mama's, got on the Wait List, and had a wonderful table in less than 30 minutes. BRAVO for Mama's. I was surprised, because I gave the lady at the front (by the parking lot) my last name, and she knew my first name. This was my 12th visit, and I was already in your system. Thank you!”

“The shrimp cocktail was pretty basic which is why I’m not giving them 5 stars. I got 6 cooked shrimp with cocktail sauce on the side (I know that’s the American shrimp cocktail but… why stick to that?). The fish tacos were very pretty good and paired well with their home magic sauce. We enjoyed the ahi sashimi, nothing amazing, just fresh and good quality. It did feel a little crowded, we went on a Wednesday around 2pm. It’s a make a line, pay your order and find a seat kind of place. They do have very fresh fish, just wish they were more creative with their preparations.”

Everything we had was juicey filled with flavor and was not drenched in sauce to hide the quality of the cuts of meat or the chefs ability to man the grill. “Our family got off a cruise ship and went to Paia beach. We walked up the street and ran into artisan ice cream. We didn’t expect to buy anything, but the smell of their fresh baked cookies were amazing. We bought one cookie and shared it, then ended up buying 4 more. Family absolutely loved them. “We tried a pineapple dream smoothie and a paradise smoothie. Both were made from real fruit and no added sugar. Tasted very natural and delicious. Wonderful shaded eating area with very clean bathroom for patrons. We actually stopped there on our Hana Highway drive then came back 2 days later to see the Rainbow trees that we had missed the first time. Very friendly staff. A great place to stop for a treat. Mile maker 5.5.Parking: Plenty of pull in off the road parking.”

“The food was incredible. They have the strangest mix of French, Indian, and Mediterranean, and they all work. My husband and I got and split a chicken curry burrito and an Italian lentil crepe. I don't know which one was better they were both incredible. Coming back on our next trip!”

“SO MAGICAL! It's like walking into a fairytale. Such a beautiful little shop. We tried some of their cookies, which are baked fresh every morning, and they were the best cookies I've ever had. The Lilikoi cookie was the favourite. Wanted to try the others the next day, but didn't make it before the closed shop. Will be recommending this to anyone visiting Maui. “My wife and I dropped in for a mid-afternoon lunch. We were happy with the cleanliness of the place, and it is nice and bright. The specials were posted outside and the Kalei's Bento sounded great. We got it and a chop salad with no protein to split. It came with Mochiko Chicken, Prawns, Beef, and Macaroni Salad. We wished we hadn't got it to split... Wow was it good - every bite was excellent!The staff were friendly and greeted everyone as they came in the door. The were happy to answer questions about the food for those not familiar with it.
