We stumbled on this place while wandering the food truck area! The owner is so nice! He talked through spice level with me because I am sensitive to too spicy! He had great options and the spice was mild enough for me! The flavor was so delicious on both the South Indian plate and the vegetable korma plate! We will be back!!
We went back the next day! Had the samosas and they were sooooo fresh. I normally do not enjoy the way typical samosas are fried but these were sooooo fresh and soft and delicious!!

The moment we saw Dosa on the menu, we knew we had to try it—and it did not disappoint. We ordered both plain and masala dosas, with sambar on the side, plus a vegetable korma. Every dish was bursting with traditional flavors, beautifully spiced, and cooked to perfection. Even our kids, who can be picky eaters, absolutely loved it! The food was fresh, comforting, and full of soul—just like you'd hope to find in a home-style Indian kitchen. The owner is doing an incredible job bringing this rich cuisine to the islands, and the service was warm and welcoming. Jason the owner is awesome. Food is authentic. I live in Honolulu and none of the Indian restaurants serve dosa over there. Samosa is good and so is the coconut chutney. We also had the sambar which can be made spicy. Will be back.

Listen there’s only 2 desi food spots in Maui, you can’t be too picky. Overpriced? Yes. Small portions? Yes. Still it’s pretty good considerably. 5/5 for Hawaii, 2/5 if comparing to places in the states.

We ordered South Indian plate and masala dosa. Dosa was undercooked and super bad. Sambhar didn’t have salt. Chutney was sour. Honestly fell for the review and visited. Hope this gives people a sense of what this place is.

Lovely spot with dosas and other Indian dishes. I was pleasantly surprised to find a south indian food truck in Maui!
I had to wait a bit for the food truck to open (maps said open at 2pm but they needed some time to setup) and also to get the food - that is definitely understandable since it seemed to be run by just one person cooking and taking orders. I recommend getting an appetizer in nearby trucks while you wait if there is a long wait. The location was amazing with so many good options
