We absolutely loved Napili Coffee Shop! The coffee was fantastic, they offered very nice merchandise- shirts, vintage postcards, even nespresso pods! Vibe was so friendly, could have stayed all day. On top of all of that, the manager and staff are phenomenal. We had a problem with some coffee pods and Melissa responded immediately with a refund and apology. Probably the best customer service experience I’ve had in years. And on top of that, the shop offers to cover the food and drink bill for victims of the Maui fire. Compassionate community members! If those aren’t reasons enough to earn your business, I don’t know what would be.

Best coffee latte in West Maui!! The barista made a perfect plumeria flower on top of my latte! I had the delicious bacon quiche & my husband had the cherry Danish.

This is a really cute coffee shop with lots of choices of coffees and teas as well as pastries. It is in a shopping center and there are tables outside where you can enjoy your treats.

I like supporting small shops, so I was happy to see a coffee shop in the small strip mall. My first time I had great service and very good coffee. The second, I was disappointed, but it was probably a fluke. I bypassed two other coffee stores to come here only to find a paper sign in the window saying they were closing at 11 am instead of 1p - I had missed them by 5 minutes. My third time was like the second. Perhaps to play it safe - get your coffee earlier in the morning.

We stopped into The Coffee Store Napili 6+ times during our 10-day trip to Maui. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Whether we were in the store during a slow moment or things were busy with a wave of people, the overall atmosphere stayed comfortable and had a chill vibe. I tried a number of their local coffee flavors, as well as their lattes and Americanos, and really enjoyed each of them! Looking forward to coming back on our next trip to Maui

We had the drip coffee on two or three of our days there and it was perfectly fine. I'd give it a full five stars if the food wasn't seemingly overpriced ($7.50 for a fruit cup?!)

This is a the place for a chp of coffee, a coffee drink, or picking up beans or grounds for home brewing. They have 4 coffees they brew daily, as well as several hot, iced, and blended drinks to choose from. They have at least 16 varieties of beans and they'll grind them at time of sale for you. I had a coconut mocha blended drink. It tasted like a chocolate shake with coconut and even had shredded coconut! I liked it a lot. I also bought a 1/2 lb of Chocolate Mac Nut ground coffee to brew in our condo this week, and it smells divine. Can't wait for tomorrow's cup!

They should change the name of this coffee shop to The Heavenly Coffee Shop. We are sorry that we wasted the first two days on Maui drinking mediocre coffee elsewhere. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. The pastries were delicious. I would consider extending my vacation just to have more mornings to drink this coffee!

Stopped in for coffee and pastry on way to the beach. Small stand set up outside the shop, so offerings were limited. Coffee was very strong and my banana bread was dry, hubby's cheese danish was tasty.

Grabbed a quick takeout order of coffees and donuts for our group here. They had it set up outside so people didn't need to enter the store. Got what I needed and everything was delicious.

It looks like this place doesn't exist anymore. We circled around the address but couldn't find any sign or entrance.

We loved this place so much we came back three times over the course of our stay. The coffee is awesome, the staff is friendly, and the pastries are amazing. We had croissants, donuts and bagels from here, all awesome. We also had the iced mocha and the chai freeze which were delicious. One of the few coffee places we found that offered frozen treats as well as regular hot and iced coffee. Go here and you will not be disappointed!

I was looking for a farm tour on Maui (did not find one except for the O'o Farms $94 tour which I did not visit). But I opened mauicoffee.com (The Coffee Store). Scroll to the bottom of the home page and click the FAQ link. The FAQ says they welcome visitors to the Haiku roastery. Click the contact link to find the address. I sent a Facebook message, but we were not too far from the Haiku location so we just showed up the next day. (Really you should contact in advance, but we took a chance.) Trust your GPS, the roastery is in a barn down a dirt road past a rooster farm (not affiliated with the coffee roaster). Jordan and Jay were actually roasting when we arrived, and Jordan's wife had just told him about the FB message. We got lucky, just me and my wife and the two roasters, and we saw the roasted beans hot out of the oven. They have some product at the site available for retail, but mostly they ship orders from this location. It was so cool for coffee lovers to see 100% Maui coffee being roasted on Maui!

Rarely a day goes by that we don't visit this coffee store when we are on Maui. The coffee is excellent and the fresh baked goods are wonderful too. There is a charm to the store, though we can only order from outside for now, but the crew is just so friendly and the owner is a spirited young lady with a twinkle in her eye.
