When I did a Google search I didn't realize that it was a food truck. The lunch plates are not traditional Hawaiian lunch plates. They are more like an upscale version of a Hawaiian plate. But I have to say that the food was amazing

Just had the mixed plate lunch with huli huli chicken and beef brisket and was very impressed by the flavor and quality! One of the best briskets I've had in recent memory. All the flavors were on point, will be back ASAP to work my way across that menu!

First green flag was the amount of attention chef paid to the flavor of the rice! The prices are actually equal to the quality of the food and not just Eugene inflation. I had the poke bowl with fresh steelhead - delicious wasabi marinade with freshly grated ginger, and beautifully marbled salmon that had a perfect texture. You have to check them out!

Please never change whatever you guys are doing over there, I dont normally ever take the time to leave reviews but this is some of the best food ive hade in eugene period after I just tried this today, everything was so good thank you, I will be back to try the rest of what I wasnt able to try.
