Grass-fed Maui Beef Burger Plate
Grilled to order, sauteed Maui onions, sauteed mushrooms, crispy pork belly, melted sharp cheddar, and tangy house-made steak sauce. Choice of side.
Tangy-smokey 5 Meat Chili Plate
Served over two scoops of rice with melted sharp cheddar, sour cream, green onion, and griddled cornbread.
The Carolina Creeper Plate
Tangy-spicy bbq pulled pork over our creamy kale slaw on a brioche bun. Served with tater tots and a dill pickle.
Beef Brisket Loco Moco Plate
Served over sticky rice with two locally raised eggs, succulent sliced beef brisket, and slathered in a rich mushroom gravy.
Broke Da Mouth Burger Plate
Half-pound Maui beef and brisket burger topped with jalapeno cream cheese, Carolina-style pulled pork, and a fried local egg.

When I did a Google search I didn't realize that it was a food truck. The lunch plates are not traditional Hawaiian lunch plates. They are more like an upscale version of a Hawaiian plate. But I have to say that the food was amazing

Just had the mixed plate lunch with huli huli chicken and beef brisket and was very impressed by the flavor and quality! One of the best briskets I've had in recent memory. All the flavors were on point, will be back ASAP to work my way across that menu!

First green flag was the amount of attention chef paid to the flavor of the rice! The prices are actually equal to the quality of the food and not just Eugene inflation. I had the poke bowl with fresh steelhead - delicious wasabi marinade with freshly grated ginger, and beautifully marbled salmon that had a perfect texture. You have to check them out!
