Grass-fed Maui Beef Burger Plate
Grilled to order, sauteed Maui onions, sauteed mushrooms, crispy pork belly, melted sharp cheddar, and tangy house-made steak sauce. Choice of side.
Tangy-smokey 5 Meat Chili Plate
Served over two scoops of rice with melted sharp cheddar, sour cream, green onion, and griddled cornbread.
The Carolina Creeper Plate
Tangy-spicy bbq pulled pork over our creamy kale slaw on a brioche bun. Served with tater tots and a dill pickle.
Beef Brisket Loco Moco Plate
Served over sticky rice with two locally raised eggs, succulent sliced beef brisket, and slathered in a rich mushroom gravy.
Broke Da Mouth Burger Plate
Half-pound Maui beef and brisket burger topped with jalapeno cream cheese, Carolina-style pulled pork, and a fried local egg.

Best bite on the island, hands down!!! Service was excellent and the food was amazing! The brisket was delicious (super tender) and the huli huli chicken was soooo juicy! You definitely gotta try!

Loved the food. Had the bbq platter with choice of huli huli chicken and chicken wings. Everything was amazing and the sides were also great (corn bread, local salad and rice). Home made drinks were also outstanding. The atmosphere and service were phenomenal.

Food was excellent! The Huli huli chicken, tator tots, and cornbread with guava butter are not to be missed. Loved sitting in the covered outdoor area - getting a break from the sun but able to still be outside. Such a great lunch stop after visiting and hiking Twin Falls.
