I'm always looking for good tacos, so when I saw their sign I stopped by for the first time. The Kahlua Park tacos were to die for! Very juicy and such a very good seasoning and flavor

Needed to feed our souls and this perfect shack went beyond. Pork is everything you could ever want, great specials. Fish was delightful, sesame noodles if they have them made the 5 yr old sing. Coming back for the plate lunch. Seriously the saucy sauciness had us belly happy on a random Tuesday. Impeccable service from January, who had all the hot tips.

We had the pork plate and pork pineapple curry. Both were very delicious. The pork on the plate had the best flavor. And the curry was one of the most delicious curries we've eaten, especially after the rice soaked it all up. Absolutely will come back here on the way to Hana in the future.

We ordered 3 different meals: Mahi Mahi & Pork Tacos, Mahi Mahi Burrito; and the Pineapple Red Curry with Mahi Mahi and they were all excellent.

Bubba's has a simple menu of very good eats ... street tacos, burritos, and bao plus a couple other items. Very fresh and high quality eats of a moderate to small portion size for the "normal " Maui prices of $15+The great surprise was the Pe'Ahi Farm Coconut Stand run by a retired Maui School system woodshop teacher Mr. Diaz who prepped a young coconut for us to drink and then after it was empty, halved it and scooped the meat for us to eat ... like a runny jello ... and also provided sugar cane to chew on and fresh banana and guava.Delightful man and wonderful realisland treats. Also nice was the Nawahinena Maui jewelry kiosk which featured unique handmade jewelry made from silver wire and fuzzy mink seeds / nuts that was run by Mr.Diaz's daughter.Make this a 30 minute stop on you trip along the road to Hana.

The flavors of the pork in the Kalua pork tacos were rich and unique. I enjoyed them a lot. Bao Buns were great I wish there was more pork but definitely delicious. The staff was very friendly and caring!
Not sure where everyone else ate but the mahi mahi plate was ridiculously overpriced for barely mediocre food. Unseasoned fish in the plate, it looked like shredded chicken if I’m being honest. A tiny burrito and a fish plate cost us $37 and part of the burrito was even cold!

brah my mahi mahi was cold and flavorless the lady working at the window was rude everything was expensive as hell i bet the only reason there still open cus it’s one tourist trap

Awesome street food
The Mahi Mahi tacos were as my kids put it “TOTAL FIRE”! The Mou Bun was delicious as well. Morimoto’s has nothing on Bubba’s!
Stopped here on the road to hana!! the food is AMAZING! we had the vegan tacos, kalua pork tacos, and the kalua pork plate. 10/10!!
I had two Mahi Mahi tacos and a pork taco, and they were some of the best I've ever had. Great service and view of the ocean as well.
