We heard about this famous banana bread through on-line reviews and had to give it a try. My wife makes amazing banana bread and is hard to beat. I will tell you, this beat it. Famous for the banana bread, and for good reason. They take cash and credit cards. They sell butter for an extra charge but it’s good enough on its own already. The bread came out piping hot and my boyfriend and I devoured it immediately. I like that it’s family owned and a local business. It’s a popular stop during the Road to Hana.
So I’ve been waiting to come to aunt Sandy‘s since we planned this trip. We arrived and there was a short line. I bought three loaves of banana bread because I was going to eat a lot of banana bread. The bread was warm, flavorful and not too sweet. Outstanding.
