Wow! Chef Maja and her team went above and beyond to create a fun, classy, and delicious night for our group of 9. Starting with the planning, Chef Maja offered a wide array of amazing locally sourced dishes, provided input where necessary on our choices, and streamlined the process so it was easy to understand our various decisions and options. On the day of she communicated clearly and took total initiative to set up and create a relaxing and wonderful evening for us. Chef Maja was also sensitive to various issues with our guests and went out of her way to play with our kids and allow them to help her so they stayed entertained and we stayed relaxed, all while creating a delicious meal. Highly recommend Chef Maja!

Celebrating our 55th anniversary with kids and grandkids Chef Maja and assistant Audrey created a fantastic dinner for us in the Turtle House. This was one of the best dinners we ever had. Great local components, printed menus, and very well prepared. Thank you Chef Maja!

So delicious! Highly recommend for a special evening on Maui! Chef Maja was great to work with. She customized a menu for our family that took into account preferences, dietary restrictions and also let us focus on local flavors. She brought all her supplies to the kitchen in our condo and cooked an amazing meal! Plus they even cleaned up afterwards. It was a great time!

Best event we planned was having Chef Maja cook for us. She and Chef Brian brought everything to our condo to prepare a healthy meal with a local flair. They took care of set up- clean up and even played DJ! Highly recommend Chef Maja for a memorable meal on Maui!

Recently I was invited to a Birthday Celebration for a friend prepared by Maja. What a treat!! She is very creative with her beautiful presentations and fresh, flavorful herbal seasonings. We started by learning how to make our Summer rolls with a variety of fresh vegetables and tofu with a sweet chili lime dipping sauce. Yum! Followed by a green papaya salad filled with fresh veggies and cashews. Than The main event: steamed Mahimahi wrapped in a ti leaf sachet seasoned with a choice of tumeric, ginger, onions chili, basil etc. and coconut cream roasted Molokai sweet potatoes. We ended the Feast with a lime soufflé’ topped with fresh berries. Doesn’t get much better than this!!! I plan on asking Maja’s To create another delicious Feast for my family soon.

As a birthday present, my daughter gave me and four of my mahjongg buddies a Thai themed dinner with Maja. Not having any previous knowledge or experience with her work, we were utterly and delightfully surprised. Each dish was exceptional.We started with spring rolls which we assembled, followed by a poke with a hint of coconut, green papaya salad with fresh beans and tomatoes, a grilled vegetable platter that included a delicious purple sweet potato dish. The main course was a lovely fresh piece of mahimahi for each of us that we seasoned, wrapped in ti leaves and steamed. The finale was individual lemon souffle with coconut cream.Maja and her daughter who helped, could not have been more accommodating (even with the mask thing!), professional, and delightful. All five of us plan to use her again….and again.Mahalo Maja

We hired Maja to help us mark a milestone birthday celebration for my husband. She came to our home and created the most beautiful and delicious meal. My teenage sons, husband, and I ate every single morsel! She's not only skilled and talented but also very creative with her food combinations and plating. All the food tasted delicious and looked gorgeous. Our meal started with a pupu of buttery, mouthwatering Ahi Tuna Tartare and capers. Then she served a Spring Mix Salad (freshly picked that morning) drizzled with a meyer lemon dressing, garlic oil, balsamic reduction and topped with grilled avocado, pine nuts, and sourdough croutons. The entree: Crudite of fresh, flavorful Grilled Vegetables, perfectly Grilled Halibut in a yummy sauce - so moist and tasty - and Coconut Molokai Purple Sweet Potatoes. And yes, there was the dessert - an exquisite Tahitian Lime Soufflé with coconut creme sauce and lemon caviar. Omg so delicious! We're still talking about this meal. Maja herself is so positive and easy going. It's evident she's a food lover and has so much excitement for her craft. She truly has a gift for feeding people scrumptious food. We highly recommend Maja!

I had the pleasure of Chef Maja for my birthday trip to Maui in September. The dinner was amazing! Me and my guests are still raving about it to this day! She has such a creative and warm spirit and it shines thru in her food! I highly recommend her services.

Chef Maja was OUTSTANDING! We were renting a house on Maui for my Birthday and was lucky enough to stumble upon Chef Maja and Lilikoi Creations. From the 1st course to trying to find room to finish dessert, everything exceeded my expectations.The two passed appetizers were light and delicious, The Tuna Chips are a MUST! I could have eaten them for all 5+ courses! Our goat cheese salad was a great prelude to the surf and turf that we were having for an entree. The night finished with a chocolate bread pudding with bananas foster and a local gelato. We had an amazing experience having Lilikoi cater my cousin's birthday. The food was divine; best meal we had all week here on Maui! We will definitely hire her again next time we're on the island.
