I had the breakfast burrito and a strawberry smoothie. The smoothie was really well made, I was super impressed. It was gorgeous and the taste was eye popping. I would suggest getting a smoothie with your meal because they gave out the smoothie far ahead of the burrito, so it gave me something to eat while waiting. The wait time was around 15 minutes. The breakfast burrito was tasty, as everything is at this food truck. However, it broke apart pretty quick and because a messy endeavor with sauces all over my hands. The ingredients in these foods was alterative, featuring mung bean fake meat and various healthy mushrooms. Also, I noted that he used tooth picks to hold the burrito together, but I didn't see them initially and could have easily chomped down on one. I found one with my mouth without chomping on it, but easily found that this was the case and removed both tooth picks. It's rare to see a burrito with toothpicks, and I wasn't expecting it. A deli sandwich maybe, but not a burrito. This could be dangerous for a child to accidently find one with their teeth. In all, the food was 4 stars because of the burrito, but a smoothie from this place is a five star. I would suggest, if you do shop here, to get their fantastic soothies. Pricewise, it was average to me. I assumed, due to it's location by a major highway, that it would be overly expensive, but this wasn't the case.
Service was fantastic. I was sort of lost at the large selection on the menu, and the server knew this instinctively and offered what was popular. They were kind and friendly. The atmosphere was very good. There was shade cloth used to provide some protection the afternoon sun, limited seating available, and it seemed like it was used by some locals to have short conversations and meetings. The noise was minimal from the road and it had a peaceful farm atmosphere, but of course the sounds of cars driving by could be distracting.
