Quaint vegan food truck on Hana highway. Portions are large and creations are unique. I had the krab cake salad and sunrise smoothie. All made to order and very fresh. The krab cakes and Okinawa sweet potato were super tasty and filling. The sunrise smoothie was incredibly refreshing. Worth the drive! Updated from previous review on 2025-05-10

I had the mighty bowl which was absolutely delicious!!!! also tried the Maui sunshine tea which was very refreshing. The food truck is located next to a non-vegan BBQ food truck. Parking is ample. Picnic benches for seating. Friendly staff. I would highly recommend stopping here!!

If you get a chance to swing through here on your way to or from Hana, please do! Their killer Breakfast Burrito is delicious, the people are amazing, and the atmosphere is awesome! My girlfriend found this spot for her vegan eating ways, but I will say it is delcious for a non-vegan only person! The Strawberry Cream shake is amazing!
