For a Gluten Free girl, this was such a gem to to find after a long day driving the Road to Hana! I live in Western New York and we have a decent selection of gluten free options. This place blew them all out of the water. I got the gluten free prosciutto en fungi pizza and my husband got the normal meat trio pizza. When the food was done I questioned the crust because it looked way too good to be GF. The cook by the brick oven reassured me it was GF. Wow! I truly don't think...
