I like this place. I’ve been here several times and generally enjoy my experience.
The customer service this time around, however, was not the vibe. I ordered a drink, and it was given to me iced (neither the barista nor I specified hot or iced during the transaction), and she kindly remade it for me hot when I asked.
A different server came up to my table and interrupted my conversation to hand me my drink. With a rude and annoyed tone, she let me know to be specific next time because customers order things without knowing what they ordered. I in fact did know what I ordered, but it was apparently made iced by default at this location. I work in customer service. I was a pleasant guest; I asked them to remake it in a very kind and apologetic way.
Perhaps the company will considering hiring a manager to train their employees on the customer service side of things? I get people have bad days, but bad customer service is bad for business.

The Caffeine Elixirs (espressos, latte, cappuccino, cold brews, etc) are to die for. Great friendly and energetic staff. The Slamon Lox on Bagel was on point, highly recommend.

Very disappointed.
I used to go here all the time and it was delicious. A couple of years ago, this was my go to stop for the caramel latte. Now it’s $8 for a large and I barely can taste it. I even got whole milk so no upcharges.
They charge 15% “tip” online without giving you the option to call and order and tip however you please.
I ordered a lox bagel- for $18 a I got a bite of lox, red onion and cucumbers on my bagel total waste of money!
Not to mention the amount of time it takes to have the food prepare!
I will not be returning. I know this limited options upcountry but this isn’t it!

Perfect place to begin or end road to Hana on a full stomach. Great gluten free and vegan options too. They have a house made gluten free bread for sandwiches. The coffee was great too!
Very good espresso ?

I did an online order and I waited One hour for 2 wraps and one sandwich, which doesn’t make sense to me. I’m in the food service as well and I know these 3 things can take max 10-15 minutes to make which is the time that a client should wait for their food, more time is disrespectful to your clients.I like the food here, but is always TOO slow.

Fast friendly service. Usual espresso options. Fresh baked (in attached kitchen) pastries. Can get busy at times. Seating is sparce (small space). But usually can sit to await your drinks.
