Previously (like over a decade ago) while in Haleiwa, 90% of the time I'd go to Matsumoto's and 10% Aoki's. A friend told me to come here instead since the line isn't as long and the shave ice is just as good as the aforementioned or even better. I will occasionally go to Matsumoto's but this has been my shave ice spot. The shave ice is fine, the syrup flavors are good and I just find it easier to find parking here. The restrooms are also easier to access.

I have been coming here for quite some time only because I can't stand standing in the Matsumoto line lol But like any other shave ice, this too is refreshing and full of flavor. Acting like kid, I wanted to get a rainbow she likes because I wanted this to be post savvy lol. This was the keiki and it also came with a scoop of ice cream. The flavors are good when they're separate or strawberry banana is good, However, when you put all three together, it was not for me. The workers are very friendly. I like how they offer the Lihing powder at the end for free, whereas most people would charge extra.

My family and I always stops here to shop and have their shave ice. While everyone is up the road to the other shave ice places, we come here. They have delicious shave ice. Friendly staff, great prices and big shave ice. We also shop in the store. You can always find something to take home with you. There is plenty of parking, bathrooms and lots of other shops to stop by as you're visiting Haleiwa.

Wow!!! This is the most amazing shave ice I have ever had, so soft and fluffy... The flavors were delicious and not overly sweet, (or chemically sweet tasting) The Pineapple bowl was amazing value with ice cream on the bottom, shave ice, condensed milk, whipped cream and pineapple chunks! It was so good we went back for seconds!!! Everyone working in the general store was so friendly too.. Also there is a small seating area just outside.

I really like the shaved ice here. Whenever I come up to Hale'iwa I always come here to get my shaved ice. They sell a lot of souvenirs here as well, don't know if I can call it a tourist trap but they do have a lot of touristy stuff. The prices I guess are ok. The employees are always nice and they have a pretty good sized parking lot but it does get pretty full on the weekends. Can't wait for my next trip!
