I've been before and the shaved ice is really good, but they need to update their hours online and at the store. We drove almost an hour to get there during what Google said was normal business hours and they were closed. It was Sunday and their physical sign says they are only closed on Tuesdays.

My favorite shave ice on the island. Never disappoints. Their syrups aren’t overly sweet, which I prefer. Gotta get with ice cream & cream drizzles mochi balls are a nice choice too!

Wonderful shave ice spot. Lots of flavors of syrups, ice cream and other add-ins. Every bit as good as the better known places in Haleiwa and Honolulu! Great, friendly staff; prompt service and lots of seating.

SO SO GOOD. I had the honeydew shake and it was probably the best shake I’ve had. My friend got banana coconut and it was DELICIOUS as well. Shave ice was pretty good too. The Lychee flavor felt like you were eating the actual fruit.

Visited AOKI’s SHAVE ICE after surfing Haliewa on a bit too big a swell. (For me anyway) The friendly staff were excellent and the flavoured shaved ice we had was absolutely amazing. No wait in queue and a great environment in an equally great town. HALIEWA!!!!! OAHU! Just saying.
Tried Matsumotos as well. But we prefer Aoki's. Better shaved ice. Both in ice but also in flavors.

Delicious shaved ice! We learned it was the locals’ favorite. You can’t see the shaved ice spot from the road, but you will see the Aoki gift shop. It’s right behind that- feels like a hidden gem!
