We had a very good experience. Didn’t realize it was only pick up when we ordered. When I called no one answered right away but just popped out the door to hand us food. The food was fantastic and something different for the island. Very authentic Italian. We had the white, vodka, and red sauce. All were fantastic. Would order again!

Pros: local, excellent service, and great pasta choices. I’ve had the pesto, bolognese, and romana, and they’re all delicious. the tiramisu is also a delight.Cons: I’m now addicted to their pesto.

We felt like we were back in Italy :) Grazie mille! This is the most authentic Italian food on the island. The best pasta on Oahu imo!!It’s takeout only (for now) but you won’t be disappointed. Franco is from Venezia so he knows ???? .. enjoy ;)

Stopped by after work for a quick pick up. Got the Chef’s choice. Owner/worker was extremely nice and gave me free tiramisu. Both were delicious!!! Great price, great taste, great portions, nothing more you can ask for except they don’t have dining in yet. Perfect for quick grab-and-go!

Their pastas have been so great! Ordered twice now, and it's been ono every time. If you can't order on Ubereats it's been easy to order over the phone as well, and they'll text you when it'll be ready and where the pickup is.

First time to Bambino’s tonight and it was absolutely delicious. The fresh made noodles were my favorite part! We got the Romana and chefs pic! Both tasty! And the Tiramisu was jaw dropping, mouth watering! Definitely going back! We took our pasta to a nearby park overlooking the ocean for the sunset!

I've tried Bambinos for the first time about 2weeks ago, and I have been craving it ever since. I've traveled to Italy many times and I must say their pasta hits! For those who are craving good authentic Italian food, call/order BAMBINOS!

Finding great food for a fair price is not an easy thing to do on Oahu. Bambino’s pasta is fresh, delicious, and the portions are big. The chefs pick keeps me coming back.

Brand new location. It's take out only. They share the space with a chocolate factory which despite living and working within a couple block, I had no idea was there. The owner, an Italian from Venice, was kind enough to show us the inside where the chocolate is made, and also his kitchen area. He just got in a brand new pasta machine. I asked when he will start using it and he said "maybe tomorrow". So this review is based off the dried pasta which was good, but its not the same as home made. When it comes to pasta I kind of base all reviews of La Cuccina, which is located a block away at Imperial Plaza. La Cuccina is the gold standard of pasta in Honolulu in my opinion. Its so difficult for any other restaurant to score high against it because despite having all homemade pasta, La Cuccina is actually really reasonable, with multiple dishes costing less than $20.We tried the 4-cheese and pesto sauces which cost $35 for both. The 4-cheese was really good. It was rich, creamy, and had a good taste. The pesto was good, but didn't quite have the super fresh basil/garlic taste I expected nor the vibrant green color that would indicate it was freshly made. It wasn't that much different than the Costco pesto sauce I buy. I also think it needed a bit more sauce on the actual pasta. What was missing is some kind of protein option, or a vegetable option. Some grilled chicken on the 4-cheese, and some sautéed vegetables on the pesto would have been really good. I happened to have smoked salmon and added it to the dishes. I will be excited to try again when they are doing fresh pasta. I thought it was a tad expensive using my La Cuccina comparison, and wonder how much the price would change if you were able to add protein. If the dishes are $17.50 now, you're starting to get into the low to mid $20 range perhaps. There is a similar place (not a full service restaurant) that does have fresh pasta, protein and vegetable options, and a place to sit down. That place is Mio's Pastalogy on McCully. $17.50 will get you fresh pasta, home made sauce, protein and vegetables. Its Japanese style Italian though but is pretty good.I myself will give Bambinos another try, and I really wish them the best. Because I want Italian options in this neighborhood. I know how hard it is to start a business so if the owner reads this please take this all as constructive suggestions and know I will be back to support you.

Delicious, rich, & nice size portion size! I got the Chef's Pick last night from the location in Kakaako and split it with my roommate (in addition to a home made salad) and it was perfect size for making a meal for 2. The cheese sauce is rich and creamy and had good flavor. Will definitely be returning to try more menu options. I will add the location is a little confusing to find at first but it's directly across the street from Aloha Beer on Queen Street in the back side of the old Kewalo Theater building with the dive shop in the front. There's also a chocolate factory and cafe in the building. So if you're seeing multiple signs, you're in the right place! :)
