It was very uncomfortable because there were a lot of flies, chickens, and sparrows.

If you expect spicy Korean food and order it spicy, you will be disappointed.
It has a spicy sriracha-like taste.
Garlic butter is highly recommended??

First time ordering at this food truck.

We got the take out Coconut Shrimp plate. The prices were fair for the amount of food given. The plate came with a small salad with ranch, a pineapple wedge, rice, and the fried coconut shrimp.

We would’ve liked to have seen maybe a Mac salad instead of a basic green salad with ranch but that was just a side that came with the meal. The shrimp was really good but I couldn’t really taste the coconut. The dish also came with a sweet chili sauce on the side and was the perfect dipping sauce to help elevate the dish further.

I don’t like shrimp but this was a rare occasion that I ate it for enjoyment rather than obligation. :)

The food was very tasty, the salad + dressing was super fresh, as was the pineapple (fruity & sweet). Comparatively our tastiest meal during our stay on Oahu.

I had the coconut shrimp meal and my wife and daughter had the garlic butter shrimp meal. Both meals were demolished in minutes. The best shrimp you could imagine from a restaurant let alone a food truck. Service impeccable, quick and perfect meals. Lovely location in Hawaii.

Northshore Shrimp truck! Garlic shrimp coconut shrimp and calamari were fantastic. All the fried foods were light, crispy, and fresh.

Those were the BEST (butter garlic) shrimps we ever ate. Simply amazing!!! Big shrimps, perfect in taste and you could even eat the skin because it was super crunchy. And actually way better than the truck across the road...

This food truck lunch was part of a circle island tour and it was delicious . The garlic shrimp portion was incredible . I really enjoyed it. Great value for amazing lunch which included salad and pineapple.

Food truck near Laniakea Beach.
This restaurant is famous for its garlic shrimp, so of course I ordered the garlic shrimp.
The large shrimp, which can be eaten as is with the shell on, goes well with the garlic butter and is extremely delicious.
The volume is plentiful and very satisfying.

While in the north shore figured we stop at a food truck! Liked the reviews and some of the YouTube videos on this place! Big Wave Shrimp Truck a great place with good food and plenty of smiles! We arrived here early so parking was no problem! If you are coming from East it is easy to pass! From the west it will be right in front to the left! Staff here very friendly, nice people who are eager to help you out! Plenty of seating if you choose to eat the food here and why not! We had the garlic peeled shrimp, short ribs, yummy spring rolls and plan garlic shrimp! The plates came with rice and salad along with a pineapple wedge. Did I say rice? (Plenty) of but I like rice so it’s a good thing! Once again glad to stop here! The only down fall it’s a long way from Delaware! If we make it back to north shore we would stop here again. I would highly recommend it to friends who travel to the area!
