Incredibly Poor Service that lost them ~$3k in revenue when they were inhospitable to our group.
We Instead went to Uncle Bo’s who immediately sat us (in AC), served Pupus Happy Hour special, and great drinks.

We had a large group arrive and we were immediately unwelcome. No one was impolite or demanding on our side and yet, the hostess/management treated the group with abject disdain. I have never seen anything like it! It was all about the tone the receptionist used, not the message. The message was reasonable, but their approach was unmistakeably inhospitable. They abruptly told us to go outside and wait. They scoldingly told us they could not seat us until everyone arrived (as if we were bugging them). When trying to get a drink at the bar while we were waiting, we learned management told the bartender not to serve us! (He was apologetic, but had been admonished for serving 3 people in our party). That was the final straw, we left and went to Bo’s. It was so NOT in line with the Aloha spirit! Shame on them.

Iris was a friendly and attentive waitress. I asked for my sandwich to be deconstructed and the restaurant obliged without question. The Kalua pork was delicious and my partner very much enjoyed his order of garlic shrimp. This is our 2nd time to The Beach House Restaurant. ?
Stopped at the Beach House for lunch while visiting the North Shore. We ordered the lobster salad with the avocado ranch dressing. It was the best seafood salad I have ever tasted!

Perfect atmosphere for a great meal with amazing views. Had my first Mai Tai, sword fish, and Mai Mai. Watching the locals fish off the shore while enjoying the meal was perfect!
I think it's wonderful. The customer service of the staff was also polite and kind. The food was delicious and the scenery was beautiful. However, for Japanese people, I feel that if you order it the same way as in Japan, the portion will be a little large. Please come visit us when you visit Oahu, Hawaii.

The view from this place was amazing! We arrived as a party of 5 at 4pm on a Friday. We ate appetizers and had great drinks until 5pm when we got the dinner menu. I was a little disappointed that there were no fish and chips on the dinner menu, but our dinner was delicious. It came out promptly. Our server was very busy, and we waited a little bit for more service, but the staff that refilled our water and cleared empty plates and glasses from our table held and met the gold standard on service.
This was such a surprise. Nicholas (our waiter) was so patient and kind, superb service. We had Teri beef sandwich and we shared a Fish and Chips. The Lilikoi gelato was delicious.
