Don't miss this spot!!! Great service and fast. Don't pass up the pork Tacos! Add a side of rice and beans for a great lunch

This place is awesome. One of the best places to go for a quick and cheap meal.

Overall, this was a pretty good choice. The service was outstanding and even though there was only one person working here, he was very nice and made our food pretty quickly. We ordered both the big nachos and the little nachos as well as the short and longboard burritos. The food was pretty decent although a little expensive, but I guess that is what you would expect of North Shore food. The salsa wasn't very spicy and there was no hot sauce, but I guess that is fine for most people. The dining area was very clean and spacious and the restaurant was very well air conditioned.

If I could give service a 10/5 I would, employees at the counter are very funny and nice, quick service and really good food, employee even ran out to give someone their credit card back overall, best employees I’ve seen on Oahu so far

Love this so much!

Not really killer. Pretty mediocre tacos. Off the shelf tortillas, meats and salsa. Food is more like a cafeteria but priced like it should be better.

I really liked the vibes at Killer Tacos. The customer service was excellent and very friendly. The tacos were just okay; perhaps that's my fault for ordering the hard shell. I think I would have enjoyed the experience more with soft shell tacos. However, the fish was very good. Overall, the meal just didn't hit the mark for me. I plan to come back and give it another try next year. I apologize for the less-than-stellar review, but I have experienced a wide range of taco godlyness, scoring them anywhere from 4/10 to 10/10. Keep up the good vibes!

We had a great experience at Killer Tacos today. Aloha basically oozes out of it. We were on our way up to the North shore for the day and found this gem for lunch. I don't tip unless I'm served by a waiter or waitress who does a great job, but the service was so extraordinary I had to tip the guys working at the counter. They were so kind and patient with us and our kids, and the food was excellent. Our kids were begging to come back again for dinner! Highly recommend.

Accurately named restaurant. The tortilla shells are definitely fried in house. The meat was well seasoned. Our group had pork, and beef tacos and a chicken burrito. The salsas were flavorful and also definitely from scratch. The “spicy” one was spicy, think midway on the hot ones lineup, but still had a lot of flavor. It wasn’t just pure heat which I appreciated.

Killer Tacos has a laid-back, surf-inspired vibe that’s easy to appreciate, especially if you’re on Oʻahu looking for a casual spot to kick back. Located just a few minutes from the beach, it feels like the kind of place surfers and locals might frequent after a long day catching waves. The atmosphere is relaxed, with walls adorned with surfboards and beachy decor, and the staff is friendly, giving off an effortless island charm.

I decided to try their fish tacos, a staple for any taco joint, and I had high hopes. When they arrived, the presentation was decent – two soft tortillas stuffed with seasoned fish, topped with coleslaw and a drizzle of sauce. The fish itself was fresh and flaked nicely, a definite plus when it comes to tacos. The toppings were crisp and added a nice crunch, while the sauce provided a bit of tang to balance the flavors.

That said, while the meal was enjoyable, I couldn’t help but feel that it was missing something that would set it apart. The flavors were mild, and I found myself wishing for a bit more spice or zest. It didn’t have the kind of punch or uniqueness that makes you crave it long after you’ve left.

All in all, Killer Tacos delivered solid, fresh fish tacos, but they were just that – good, not great. If you’re looking for a quick, decent taco fix near the beach, it’s worth a stop. Just don’t expect a flavor explosion or anything particularly memorable.

Killer Tacos was very good. I had a Longboard burrito ($15.99) and it was very good size for the cost. The service was good and the staff was friendly. The fountain machine only had coke, diet coke, and dr. pepper though. Everything else was sold out. Seating is limited to only 3 small outdoor tables, (2 with three chairs and 1 with two chairs) and a small indoor dining area, so if you plan to eat there get there early and try to snag a table.

Vegetarian options: Parking lot is small, which is standard for Haleiwa. Parking wasn't bad when we got there today (around 1230p) but it was full and cars were waiting when we left.

I had such high hopes for KillerTacos, but I left disappointed. It's average and overpriced. I got the fish tacos and guacamole. The guacamole was a tablespoon for three bucks. I honestly wished I would have skipped and gone to the food trucks down the road. The staff was friendly and it was clean.
