Went on 10/2/25. The shave ice was ok. Not bad, not great, just ok. The ice was nicely shaved but the flavoring tasted like cough medicine (cherry) and the orange tasted very artificial.
Service was good. The employees were very friendly and there was plenty of room to sit.
Tried the ice cream inside of the shaved ice and it was amazing!

I got shave ice with vanilla ice cream, yuzu, pineapple, and ume topped with condensed milk.
Fast friendly staff. Can eat outside with the chickens. Lol ' really enjoyed.

There’s always a line, but the staff is fast and efficient. The shave ice is also really good and not so expensive.
This is an absolute must stop. So yourself a favor and add the sweet and condensed milk. You can thank me later.

This shaved ice place was recommended to us by a couple people. MATSUMOTO is quite sn impressive opperation. The long line moves fast and the price is 1/2 of my favorite shaved ice place, but the syrup on our strawbery and coconut had a chemical taste and neither resembled the flavors we requested. Also the ice wasnt as finely shreded as my favorite shaved ice place only a few miles south.
I have never liked shaved ice until this store! Coconut cream with adzuki and mochi, yum!!!
The shaved ice here did not disappoint! The line was long but they move it really fast. Would definitely return.
Waste of time and money. We wanted shaved ice, figured this place must be good due to the line/people. The mochi was nasty. Hardly any (guava) syrup, couldn’t taste anything. Not worth the wait here. Overall the worst shaved ice we’ve had.
The shave ice are very good and they have like 100 flavors. The line is very long but it moves very quickly.
