I typically order the Caprese Panini and a fresh juice. I have never been disappointed from any of the Nalu franchise on Oahu! I absolutely love the quality of food & service! I know when I come here, I will be getting something Healthy, Tasty and filling!

Decent place to get your morning coffee, açaí bowl and a sandwich. 4 stars coz otherwise there won’t be any room for improvement. Tip- experiment with more flavors on grilled cheese, type of bread, char etc. Salad and Dressing was refreshing.

This place seriously has some of the best açaí bowls on the island—super fresh and paired with juices that don’t have any weird additives. The team there is super friendly, and they’re not just great with people—they’re awesome with pets too. I had my dog with me when I ordered, and while we were hanging outside, one of the employees came over and brought a water bowl for him. Little things like that really stick with you. It’s just one of those spots where you and your pup both feel genuinely welcomed.

Great choice was made to enjoy lunch at Nalu Health Bar & Cafe when our tour visited Haleiwa. I enjoyed a very tasty Roast Beef Sandwich. The sandwich was served with a salad. Everything was fresh and delicious and of the highest quality. Staff were courteous and friendly.

Maybe I just visited on a bad day, but the atmosphere wasn’t friendly. There were no customers. The ordering area and the pickup zone were separate, but since it was my first time, I accidentally went to the pickup zone. They gave me a strange look and i asked about the menu because I wasn’t familiar with it, but they seemed annoyed and gave me a half-hearted explanation. English isn’t my first language, but since they even had a Japanese menu, I expected better service for foreigners. It was disappointing.
I wondered if it was just me, but not all shops in Hawaii are like this.
Every time I visit North Shore, I feel like the unfriendly vibe comes from the fact that many of the workers are from outside the area, and they seem to bring that attitude with them.
