Tried to go here after swimming at Wameia bay-unfortunately the hours posted were not accurate-we tried to go to the food park village area at 4:30pm today and the hours said they were open until 5, however when we got there, the food truck was closed. Too bad-luckily there were more shaved ice options in town

Today we visited the shaved ice stand in Haleiwa and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The staff member helping us was unfriendly and dismissive. When I politely asked for an extra spoon so I could share with my two young children, I was told — quite rudely — that the bowl only comes with two spoons. This level of service was really surprising and left a negative impression.

Yay! Fell in love with the dessert Shaved Snow on Big Island and now I live on Kauai but there is nowhere that has it. I’m on a mini vacation on Oahu and drove a half hour to Snow Factory. Did not disappoint! It was perfect. I got the Nutella one. This dessert is my all time favorite. Skip the shaved ice & try the shaved snow!

Good spot for some shaved ice cream. This time got the lychee one and it comes with bobas on time. Quite refreshing.

Parking: $2 parking to be paid on entry. Cash.

The vibes are immaculate with this Snow bro! They got the islands jams going and the shaved ice cream is like butter shards that melt in your mouth! Great variation in flavors too! I went with the Mango with condensed milk and passion pop. My girl got the pineapple coconut it was good too. A very nice refreshing treat for the island weather. Matsumoto, who?! This is way better!!!

For me it is one of the best ice creams on Oahu, i highly recommend it. Personally my favorite favor is taro, the man who serves is very kind and respectful. The ice cream is delivered to you after a few minutes, everything in this food truck is excellent.

We recently spent a week on Oahu. We had never visited the Polynesian Cultural Center and we booked a day to explore the exhibit. Needless to say, I was elated when I found out I could have a gluten-free crepe from North Shore Crepes; they have a food truck on the property. I've not had a crepe in years so I was prepared for a treat. We walked the entire PCC and I thought the crepe would be a great way to end a wonderful day. I had researched the menu beforehand and I knew exactly what I wanted to order. When I placed my order for a gluten-free Waikiki crepe, the lady told me: it was a shared griddle with our regular crepes. What!?!? Has no one ever heard of the term "cross-contamination?" Since this was day 2 of my 7-day trip, I was not going to risk getting cross-contamination and being sick for days. If you are going to advertise and serve gluten-free crepes, invest in a separate griddle.

Just walked by after having our lunch and decided to share a sweet crêpe for dessert. Made to order and delicious. Friendly and quick service.

We each ordered different crepes. They were so good they were devoured in a few minutes. I got the mushroom cheese crepe that both my son and I thought was delicious. My teens both got sweet crepes that were awesome.

I used to eat at a restaurant in Honolulu often, but I was very disappointed that it had closed. After that, I heard that it was being held at Haleiwa, so I came here with great enthusiasm, but when I asked for Taro, the menu in the photo should have a lot of red beans and mochi, but this is what I was given! ️I used excuses like ``I ran out of red beans,'' but is there such a thing? ️Moreover, the taste was bland and the most important thing was that it melted in the mouth, which was completely different from what I had eaten in Honolulu. ah.・°°・(>_<)・°°・.
