I really needed to use the toilet , restroom. I kindly asked to use the toilet , restroom. I was immediately told that it is for paying customers only. Okay so I need to pay to use the toilet , but something ?! Okay well I guess I need to do this … I am one who cannot hold my business . The best gal , white lady kind of tall was kind after my staring okay I’m standing here and no is helping me , and I was told that I need to pay to use the toilet = I was honest to come back to the counter after using the toilet .!!! This gal even brought my items , a red pepper egg bites and asked if I wanted diracha on the side … didn’t know that option , and my pike tall coffee with cinnamon sprinkle to me as I roamed to look at items on shelf ! Kind lady ! I can be obnoxious… and hold my hand up and say “manager” or I’m gonna have my lawyer contact you …!!! But my mood was not there … it was early and I was not feeling too good . I am not looking like a homeless NOR do I take advantage of any of your Starbucks WIFI like so many for hours at a time and purchase nothing , bringing their own flask .’!!! See my picture to show proof of my attendance . This shorter brown skin black or dark colored hair gal was not kind . “Put yourself in one’s shoe” ?!!! Please fix this situation ! * purchased items even though I already purchased my items at 7/11 , your neighboring business .

I’ve used mobile order and come in so many times and they don’t have my order available to make. Then to get a refund I have to stand in line … which I don’t have time for at 6:30am on a mobile order. I just started keeping a box of breakfast sandwiches at home because they’re literally the same thing (if not better).
