Wow! What a beautiful morning to kayak! Jonathon at Planet Adventure Company was so nice and fun to talk to. The views were amazing during my tour, lots of greenery everywhere and the beautiful blue skies above Rainbow Bridge truly felt like heaven. I highly recommend PAC when visiting the North Shore. Wow - pressed/mixed ice cream amd fruit was amazing
The ice cream is delicious, no doubt. But the place is extremely dirty, it’s honestly shameful to have such a filthy entrance. And don’t tell me it’s because it’s on a busy avenue; even if they cleaned it just once every three months, it would look better. If this is how they keep the area that all customers see, I don’t even want to imagine how unsanitary it must be inside where customers can’t see and where they store the products.

However, while I applaud their originality and technique, the final product didn't quite align with my personal preferences. I found the overall sweetness to be a bit overwhelming. While I certainly enjoy a touch of sweetness in my desserts, this particular ice cream leaned a little too heavily on the sugary side for my taste. A more balanced profile, perhaps with a touch more tartness or acidity to cut through the sweetness, would have been more to my liking.
Furthermore, the price point seemed rather steep. While I understand that high-quality ingredients and specialized techniques often command a premium, the cost felt disproportionate to the overall value.
In summary, this ice cream parlor offers a truly unique and professionally executed product. Their innovative blending technique sets them apart, and I admire their dedication to quality. However, the excessive sweetness and the high price point detracted somewhat from my overall enjoyment. With a few adjustments to the sweetness level and a more generous hand with the fruit, this ice cream could easily become a standout favorite.
