We caught them at the Farmers’ Market in Waimea today and the empanadas were excellent! Family owned and and they were so helpful in answering questions and helping us pick out our selections. We tried beef, chicken, pumpkin, spinach and cheese, and a tomato/basil/cheese. All the fillings were hot and delicious but the dough was just as amazing as the filling. The perfect balance of crispy and tender, we loved it! Friendly and helpful service with delicious food! Now we’re following their Instagram so we know where to find them. :)

Great snack or dinner on the way home. Had these yummy empanadas for the first time and so happy we stopped. The chimichurri sauce was also tasty.

We came from Waikiki on Friday and were there at 2pm. No truck. No empanadas. Total disappointment. If you aren’t going to show or closed down… post it
