In love. Got the Plantation Tea & ended up going back multiple times for the Li Hing Lemonade! Its sooo good. Just wish more frapps can be veganized. Now that I'm back in CT I make my own Li Hing with Aldi's brand lemonade. Next I wanna make margaritas...

Every time I go there, there is an amazing girl working. This past visit (why I’m giving low rating) was terrible the lady charged me 36 dollars for 4 coffees I kept explaining my order to her and she pretty much refused to blend an Americano. And charged me for 4 ice blends and 4 shots each one! So a total of 16 shots!! An Americano large comes with 4 shots which is why I placed that order. Her exact words was.. “the way I was told to ring up your order..” I ordered Americanos! Very frustrating because I am a coffee connoisseur and look forward to my daily fix. She was an older, stocky lady with blonde hair. The younger girl that is always there never gives me a problem either does any other coffee beans. I’d suggest if you see a worker of that discretion don’t go. I’m not one to over react but I was over charged a lot a lot and on top Of that got a milkshake practically 😩

The house Hawaiian Haupia Coffee is THE BEST! Hot or cold a must if you love coconut 😋
Always a pleasure stopping by when visiting 🏝️

Liv Short for Olivia is the sweetest person ever. She made me a special drink and decorated the cup for my birthday. She even accommodated my lactose intolerance! Please give her a raise (and then one more) for being a gem of a human.

The short white lady's lack of friendlessness and the poor attitude is something I didn't expect to see in Hawaii! I knew my coffee will be mediocre and so it was

It seems to me that the shorter older women behind the counter would rather do her inventory that is already fully stocked then help her co-worker make drinks during a very busy time of the morning and my drink was very expensive and tasted warm and it was made with minus zero passion with a smirk attitude. I like my coffee a certain way. It doesn't matter if you give them a big tip. I would suggest not tipping them until you have tried your coffee.

A tasty coffee and refreshing departure from Starbucks, with a better than average pastry selection and few unique drinks flavors like cookie butter.

worst service i’ve had out here, took them 25 minutes to make two drinks and one was wrong, after they made everyone’s drinks who ordered 5-10 minutes after us they then proceeded to say they don’t make the drink which i got two days prior and asked for the same exact thing. not helpful, disrespectful, and very poor service.

Expensive, like everything else in Hawaii, but the coffee and matcha's were excellent.
