This is mostly a grab and go style cafe. There are some tables outside for the whole shopping center so you can eat nearby. There are also two stools and a small counter to sit at inside.
I looked at the menu and the breakfast sandwich sounded the most nutritious to me with the tofu and veggies all together. I'm usually not a big bacon flavor kind of person, but the tempeh bacon was really nice. It had a good texture and nice flavor. I have no complaints. I got sourdough bread with garlic and pineapple aoli and that was really tasty. Everything was really fresh and had good flavors.
The smoothie was very banana flavored and felt a little heavy. It was really nice to have something so cold on a hot day, but the heaviness takes away from the refreshing feeling. It was more like a whole meal in the smoothie. I think I was looking for something a bit more watery. It had a milkshake consistency and there isn't anything wrong with that, but it wasn't what I was expecting. I would get this again, but I would look for something else to drink with a sandwich. This was more like dessert.
I did get some mako to go and I am excited to try those out. And then I got a peanut butter thumb print cookie. That was like having a PB&J as a dessert and it was delicious. It was thick and cold and creamy. I would definitely get that again too.
This is a great place hidden inside a health food store. I wish there was more seating, but it works for being a place to get something very fresh and healthy to go!

Amazing vegan and allergy friendly food. Always delicious. Love the Kalua Jack sandwich, my husband loves the breakfast sandwich. The musubi are always so tasty too! Atmosphere is so cute. Can order online easily or walk in. High recommend!

The food is all plant based and it’s probably the best bang for your buck sandwiches on the north shore!! Food is extremely flavorful, the menu items are creative, and the staff members are so friendly.
I highly recommend the tuneless (chickpeas based) and the breakfast sandwiches (tofu scramble and mushroom sausage). They both have a cheesy sauce in the sandwiches that elevates the dish.
the best part is, I don’t feel gross and overly stuffed, the ingredients are amazing and you’ll feel great after fueling yourself with plant based whole foods!
Highly recommend this hidden gem! Kind of a bummer they no longer have outdoor seating but nonetheless it’s the perfect sandwich to bring to the beach!

Super cute little place, you have to walk through celestial foods to get there, great atmosphere with tons of plants everywhere! Had the ciabatta with pesto and it was amazing! The staff was super friendly!

I don't say this lightly - best plate of food after over a month on Oahu. What an amazing surprise this little kitchen is!! I had the volcano bowl, which had a tofu patty over a bed of fried rice, along with a gorgeous salad with picked red onions, coconut bacon, and an amazing aioli. Just WOW, it was so tasty and left me wanting more.

I’ve been coming for years and love love love this place! Nestled in the back of a tiny health food store - the type where you can walk in barefoot after sidestepping chickens.
The food has only gotten better over the years. I love when they have musubi - perfect appetizer while waiting for your order. Then taking the order to the beach to eat.
Lots of GF options. Fresh, local ingredients. And all vegan. It’s small, but mighty.
Fun to wander the store while waiting.

A fully vegan back alley delight.
Decent sized menu, just a few seats from what I saw, but the decor emphasizes that they are more of a grab and go restaurant so it is fair. Very kind service, took a bit but was worth the try in my opinion. Cannot complain about the price.
I got the pina colada smoothie and the breakfast sandwich.
Piña colada: very enjoyable, cannot complain, honestly above average In my opinion.
The breakfast sandwich: was great for an earthy meal, a little messy but worth getting.
It was pretty satisfying, I may come back to give them another try. Not a go-to compared to the other options but very very good, and I would say excellent amongst their peers. (Cosmic>peace cafe) in my opinion so far.

Cosmic Kitchen in Hawaii is easily one of my favorite spots to visit on the North Shore. It's consistently a great experience, with delicious food that leaves me feeling satisfied and enjoying good vibes.
