My absolute favorite store! They have a large selection of beautiful items from local artists, and it was such a pleasure to browse through the fantastic variety of curated treats (plus the staff is so nice and super helpful if you need help deciding). Best of all you don't need to worry about finding space in your suitcase, because they ship! Such a special boutique!

Rude, aggressive sales girl kept following me around closely and watching me suspiciously. I told her I didn’t need help and she kept tailing me. I can afford to buy whatever I want, and I decided I didn’t want to spend my money there. It made me so uncomfortable I left.

Items fall apart nearly immediately and sources for materials are poor quality.

This place is amazing! The customer service alone is enough to make me want to shop with them again! Thank you Jenn for all your help, I’ll definitely be stopping by the Cove again the next time I’m in Hawaii!

The Cove is truly one of the most inviting and magical shops I have ever visited. While visiting the North Shore for the first time, I had only planned to snorkel and grab a bite to eat at the food trucks, but I felt so drawn to this shop - it looked so inviting and warm, almost like it was straight from a movie. How could I even resist simply walking in to browse? There were so many beautiful creations handmade by locals, and the staff was so wonderful! I had a pleasant conversation with the kind soul working that day, and honestly could have spent my entire day there chatting and looking at everything! I purchased some vegan milk chocolate (which was delicious), some bees wrap, and a beautiful beaded bracelet. I left fully satisfied! Just when I thought my experience at The Cove couldn’t get any better, it did.When I arrived back home to Michigan, I was resetting for my week and cutting off my resort bands. While doing so, I accidentally snipped the string of my bracelet, which resulted in beads all over the bathroom floor and a broken bracelet on my counter. I was heartbroken and I had no idea how to fix it. I felt like I had lost a memory. I frantically searched on The Cove Collection website for the bracelet and was unable to find it. So, I decided it would be worth a shot to message The Cove on Instagram and ask if the bracelet was available to be purchased and shipped to me. I received a very quick reply and was told they could absolutely send me a new one. A week later, I was greeted by a small package in my mailbox, containing a new bracelet and a kind surprise <3 I haven’t been able to stop smiling! Each time I look at my bracelet, I am reminded of what a wonderful trip I was blessed to have experienced, and without the beautiful souls working at The Cove, I would only have my photos. Photos are great, but this bracelet lets me feel the warm ocean water, cool breeze, and sand.I highly recommend visiting this shop while on your journey. The Cove makes you feel like Hawai’i is a home away from home, and the generosity will make your heart swell! I cannot thank them enough for their help and for their willingness to go above and beyond. I look forward to visiting again during my next trip. Mahalo :)

Really cute little boutique/shop! And the two women working were so nice, friendly, and helpful - but not in an annoying way trying to sell stuff. Bought a couple things to take home, definitely a small/local business I was happy to support. Worth the stop to check it out if you’re driving by!
