Ah... I remembered it again in Korea, so I'm leaving a review.
The portions are generous and the food is really delicious.
I want to eat it again

The food was really good. Ordered pad thai and kapow and both had decent portions and pretty good taste!

Only thing is it has 10% auto added tips at checkout.

Best pad thai ever

Ate here for the first time two years ago and it was literally my first time ever having pad Thai and it changed me. We ate the food at sunset beach across the street and it was a core memory. Coming back two years later made me nervous it wouldn’t live up to the hype we had set but alas, it was even better than we remembered. Absolutely worth getting, but let Thai food at sunset beach be your new core memory!

Absolutely phenomenal Pad Thai. I eat Thai food multiple times a month and this was probably the best Pad Thai I’ve ever had. Great portion sizes, too. My boyfriend and I split an entree for lunch! Great value.

The food was fresh and so flavorful, esp the Ganesh Larb. Wow! My kids gobbled up the pad Thai and vegetable stir fry. We took the food to a park and had a memorable sunset dinner!

Best food I’ve had in Oahu. I had the Yum Nua and it was extremely delicious. I could eat it every day of my life if I wanted to. They chef fed a few roosters some rice noodles while cooking, that’s how you know it was top shelf food. If you are hungry and looking for THE tastiest food of you live COME HERE. If you don’t like it you may have a problem with you buds bud

Order food and requested no onions on one of the items. Item came out with onions on it. When we brought it to the cooks attention, he refused to correct the item. Say we requested the “wrong onion “ to be removed. Refused to remake it and said if we wanted it fixed we had to pay for another one. Terrible service. Looks like the cook responded below, it is a great example of the service we received in the arrogance we had to deal with. No onions means no onions. Also if you were genuinely concerned about receiving a negative review you could’ve come and talk to us while we were stranded in that parking lot for six hours waiting for a tow truck.

Try their Ganesha larb if you're okay with some spice.. it was a taste of goodness that I've never tried before.

We got the Yum Nua and Pad Thai with Chicken. Both were super delicious. The beef in the Yum Nua was soft and super flavourful. And I'm not a big fan of Pad Thai but this one was a winner-- delicious flavour, not oily. We came just after they opened and service was quick. Very generous portions. I only wish they had picnic tables like other food trucks to enjoy the delicious food in the Hawaiian breeze. But space is limited given it's in the parking lot of a gas station. Regardless, would definitely come back again!
