Was quite excited but the Acai was lackluster. More of a banana base with a hint of Acai flavor. The granola and fruit were good though.

I’m confused why this place has good reviews, it’s very expensive with almost no toppings.
The only toppings offered for a regular acai is granola and bananas. $2 extra for any extra topping and the acai base is pre scooped; I’d understand the cost of the acai base was fresh.
I adore this place! It's my favorite breakfast spot in Oahu!

The last time we came to Hawaii, we came to the Sunrise Shack for an açaí bowl. It was so good we had to come back! I highly recommend it if you are visiting the North Shore. Plenty of shade, plants and seating!
