Ordered the laulau & panko fish combo. Portion was generous, but the mac salad was inexcusable dry and lacking flavor. Seriously, mac salad is SO easy to get right, this batch tasted like they forgot the mayo. Fish and laulau were good, and service was friendly. For $25 I expect the simple things to be right

The food was delicious, it’s just a bit heavy so you will be very full! I got the Korean chicken plate. Just so you know I thought it was bulgogi chicken but it’s actually Korean fried chicken. Still delicious though! Atmosphere was cute and vibey, however they left the poor person by themselves so the wait to order and get the food was a bit long. Worth it though it was delicious!

Guy working was super nice and the food was amazing. I was just visiting the area but if I lived here I would definitely be a regular. I ordered the panko shrimp 10/10 I recommend, it was very good. It's a nice truck, well put together, food is a bit expensive but it's Hawai‘i, it's to be expected. Overall fantastic place to get a quick lunch, good portion size.

After doing the road to Hana, stopped at this food truck park and Captain Sam’s caught our eyes. The ‘catch of the day’ mahi mahi fish and chips hit the spot!! Panko encrusted and lightly fried, the flavor was excellent!! Fries were on point too, very impressed!! A+++
