We’ve been coming to Kauai for four years and somehow just discovered Fresh Bite in Hanalei… huge mistake on our part. The food is insanely fresh, came out fast, and it was packed with locals (always the best sign). I had the Gaucho salad with quinoa and steak and I will literally dream about it. 100/10, do not skip this!

Great food and service! Ate here 4 years ago and it is still high quality and great taste. We got the 808 steak sandwiches and fries. Only outside seating so if you need to cool off, you will need to sit in your car with the AC on.

We had a wrap, it was super fresh and tasty; a chicken sandwich that was not that great; and french fries that were delicious. The portions are big.
As vegetarians, it's really hard to find someplace to eat where we have the option of several meals to choose from. So finding this place was wonderful. We had bowls that were fresh, tasty and filling. Highly recommend for vegetarians! Wish they were open for dinner!

This was my first meal right after finishing the Kalalau Trail. My gohaena shuttle driver was nice enough to drop myself and another rider off near the Ching Young Village Shopping Center instead of Waipā. I asked him what his recommendation was for food near there and one of his highlights was this food truck! Told me to try the steak sandwich and boy did it not disappoint! Not to mention the lady taking my order was the sweetest and just so happened to be a former park ranger for Na Pali and shared a few stories with me at the register before getting my food. Very pleasant experience.
I ended up getting the steak sandwich, sweet potato fries, and a fruit punch. Loved every bite, would come here again, and will absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Hanalei. 🤙

This truck is super fun—sustainable made my locals and the food did taste really fresh! Tons of vegetarian options, all can be and then you can choose meat, only avacado for meat substitutes but I just got no meat but the bowl had quinoa which is a good source of protein. I got a bowl with watermelon, picked cabbage, and mustard sauce and it was a fun surprise! The flavors totally worked and it was like nothing I had tried before. Also loved the purple sweet potato fries. Didn’t love the salad in the pic with the fries
