This food truck is an absolute gem! The quinoa salad is super nice—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. Every dish is made with care, and the vibrant ingredients shine through in every bite. Food was good but 20% automatic service fee is too much for a food truck with self service.
Steak sandwich with chimichurri sauce tasted great. Chipotle cheesy fries were too soggy and not great.

As vegetarians, it's really hard to find someplace to eat where we have the option of several meals to choose from. So finding this place was wonderful. We had bowls that were fresh, tasty and filling. Highly recommend for vegetarians! Wish they were open for dinner!
