Read a good review but found the food to be ave at best comfort food. Stay away from the fish tostada. Service is very good. Good happy hour bar.

Had a great time at Kalypso. Our server was friendly and helped with recommendations. This was our second time visiting and the food was good, just like our first visit. I would recommend a visit.

The cocktails were out of this world, the food was delicious, and the service was excellent. We'll definitely be back!

Service was excellent, just the right amount of attention. Food was mostly good. Coconut shrimp appetizer was tasty. The Mahi with hollandaise was tender and interesting. Ahi tuna was dry. Advertised "sauteed vegetables" were just green beans. Pork quesadilla was tasty. Fajitas were a bit boring. Cocktails were yummy, especially the chili margarita. Probably won't go back.

We were sat immediately. Service was a little slow. She forgot about our second round of drinks. Food was delicious. Especially the seafood chowder. We would definitely dine here again.

The restaurant was very busy, we were a bit unlucky and sat at a table in the entrance area that seemed to be in the way of the waiters, who often bumped into it or the chair. The Kalua pork was okay, but the Huli Huli chicken was unfortunately burnt and dry.
Food came incredibly quickly, it had a bit of a fast food feel to it. We were in the restaurant for about 40 minutes in total and had a drink and a main course.
The atmosphere suffers from this quick-quick attitude. I'm a little disappointed, I was hoping for more.

We had an amazing experience at Kalypso! It was a busy Sunday, so we joined the wait list, walked around the cute shops and got a text and call when our table was ready. The service was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and efficient. The atmosphere was lively and fun with the NFL games playing on several tvs. The menu offered an impressive variety, with something for everyone, we shared a couple of items from the pupus list-coconut shrimp and the tropical mahi tacos - both delicious! The drink selection was also fun and creative. The Kalypso Vice was my favorite! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food, drinks, and an all-around enjoyable dining experience!

We had a delicious dinner this evening at Kalypso. Everything was great from our appetizer of calamari to our entrees. The calamari was lightly breaded and tender with a good house made tartar sauce. I got the shrimp tacos which were excellent. The tortillas were charred perfectly and the shrimp were cooked well, not tough at all. The slaw was seasoned and a yummy cilantro cream was drizzled on top. The beans were good, the Spanish rice (typical) was bland.
My partner got the NY steak and it was cooked perfectly, brought out on a sizzling cast iron. His sides were good, mashed potatoes and garlic sauteed green beans. We shared the chocolate lava cake for dessert, it was pretty good. My partner enjoyed his margarita.
Service was good, our waitress seemed a little scattered, probably because they were busy. My partner's margarita sat at the bar for 10 minutes while she chatted with another table and she had to check in to recall what our entrees were after we'd ordered, possibly to assure us that they had been submitted to the kitchen and would be out soon.
Definitely a place we will revisit though!

My GF and I are local. We come here a few times every week.
Happy hour is our jam.
Now…Happy hour beers are $8-9. Same price as all day. Bad idea. Gonna lose local business.
