Best ice cream on the island! Got the waffle cone with Kona coffee + coconut, both were 10/10. Way better than Lapperts ice cream in Poipu.

The ice cream was amazing and the service of the employee working front of the house was amazing. He was very polite and kind and kept a level head despite how busy it was and some confusion with the orders and did really well. The reason I left a one star for the atmosphere is because the person who was cooking in the back of the house continuously kept snapping at him and making snide remarks at him for making an honest mistake when accidentally mixing up the orders. She berated him in front of customers and continuously kept leaving negative remarks at him that I could visibly see him trying to not let them get to him. It not only created an uncomfortable and tense atmosphere for him but the customers who witnessed it. She should apologize to him for her embarrassing and inappropriate behavior.

The Hawaiian grilled cheeses were perfection after a solid beach day and the shakes were soooo good to wash everything down. Grabbed some cool merch and will be back many times during our stay in Hanalei.
The owner was very friendly. The ice cream was great. We got blocked into the parking lot but that person turned out to be nice also. Overall we would love to come back.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars! The owners are amazing people and the grilled cheese and Ice creams are magical. Definitely try the Coconut and macadamia brittle ice cream, you won’t regret it. Also one of the owners told me he braises the pork himself and it shows! Goes great on a grilled cheese with or without pineapple ?
Kid-friendliness: They have a step stool for children so they can see the flavors and all the scooping action.
We found Pink’s Ice Cream shop by accident - he had just finished making the waffle cones so they were warm. This was the best treat in our 10 days in Hawaii!!! Great service, atmosphere and delicious ice cream and amazing cones!!! When we return we will be back!!❤️❤️ this place is a must if your in Hanalei!!!

Pink’s ice cream is incredible! Anthony (the owner) was there both times we went in and he made sure to fill the pints we bought to the brim. This is a must-try ice cream shop when you’re on the north side!
One of our favorite places in Kauai. What made this so good besides the incredible ice cream and the yummy waffle cones were those working. We went to a lot of places and these guys working were awesome! They were super friendly, happy, and genuinely enjoying their job. Hats off to Dennis and Keira!

This ice cream spot is Amazing! Ice cream is delicious, waffle cones excellent. The service is top notch! Dennis and Keira were friendly, knowledgeable and looked like they were having a blast helping and working. They were singing and dancing and working their tails off! 5 star recommendation! My go to next time I’m in Kauai♥️
