I’m a big fan of taro chips and they pretty much make them fresh here. We ended up complimenting this with fresh poke we had made from a fishing charter trip with Go Fish Kauai. I got a few bags so plan on snacking on these at the beach. $7 a bag but worth it given the quality and freshness. Support local

Delicious chips! Better than what is prepackaged at the regular grocery stores. Comes in taro, sweet potato or potato. Regular or li hing mui flavored. I loved the sweet potato li hing mui and taro; will try them all! The sweet old man who works there has lived on Kauai all his life. He said they are open on Thanksgiving as well. Will return often!

Loved seeing the chips roll right off the machine. And they were Delicious! Owners were so lovely.
Great taro chips! Worth the stop/detour. The place doesn’t look like much but the best ones often don’t. I just wish I would have bought more! The chips were super thinly sliced, extra crunchy but not oily - just delicious flavour! A must go on the ‘west coast’.
