The best chips in the Islands. This is a genuine small hand crafted shop with a colorful person running it. After we got to know him we have found him very friendly and accommodating. He has even lavished us with free chips from time to time. Don’t be put off by the dingy storefront or the dark interior. This is about genuine local crafts of excellence. A great replacement for Maui Chips which are no longer available.

It may look closer but check the door on the right side of the building - there’s a guy frying chips inside, with boxes of deliciously crispy taro chips in bags. Buy more than one, they are so good!

From when I was a little girl I loved Taro chips. Taro Ko Factory are the best tasting Chips. They have I think 3 different types and they are all good. You should try them.
