I've had smoked meats all over the world. I cannot stress more that gord is a master. His smoked prime rib was absolutely delicious and not oily. The meat was so tender it just melted. This was well worth the drive out from honolulu. I bought a second box for the road. Absolutely amazing.
Love the new location! You want smoke?… he’s gonna give it! I was ready to hate coleslaw.. super yummy!Over all…. I’m going back this week.So fun to find amazing food in our area.
